disgusted in the fact that you are trying to stop the housing project in Hyannis. This housing project is necessary for our community to thrive. This project is not "too big" when there is an active demand in a community that is experience Extreme housing scarcity and inflation

This used to be a very nice par 3 course with a variety of interesting and challenging holes. Unfortunately the last couple years they seem to have given up on maintaining it and it is now in terrible shape. I assume it is because that land is being sold to a developer. Sad to see it decline like this.

This place is awful now.10 years ago, it was fabulous. I used to love it, and I'm a decent player (mid single digit)High quality layoutBut Now....Watch your wallet in the clubhouse. The "owner" tried to fleece nd so badly, even he seemed ashamedSTAY AWAY... FAR AWAY.UnlessOnly go if you like incredibly rude staff, dreadfully maintained grounds, and spending way too much for a bad time.

A nice little designed par 3, but the course is not in good shape! The grouchy old “owner” charged me $40 to walk (no clubs) with my 8 year old son to teach him to play.

I gave it one star because we got a cape cod daily deal 2 green fees for $50. Even with the daily deal it was not worth it. Course was in worse that terrible condition, the greens are like putting on a sponge the tee boxes are all crowned and beat up the golf cart are all duct taped together, no rakes in the traps but plenty of rocks . Terrible, terrible, terrible please do yourself a favor and pay a little more and go somewhere else. This place truly sucks.

Great for someone taking young kids as not too crowded. A little over priced for the kids though. Course in pretty good shape, greens are in nice condition. Didn’t like that they only have 18 hole rate, should have a 9 hole rate and a rate for kids under 7-8.

One of the absolute worst customer expieriences ever. As many have said the Golf Pro is virtually impossible to deal with and extreemly arogant.

It’s not often that I write a bad review but I’m quite annoyed with the management response. My extended family has been on the Cape for more than a hundred years- literally. I have personally played this course for at least 20 plus years. Today ( Sunday July 5) I played with my two college sons. We decided to take carts. It was a holiday weekend. It was pricier than I had remembered but I thought it would be worth it. The cart seats were completely soaked with no dry towels nearby. We found one fairly wet towel nearby and did the best we could. Throughout the course the was extensive littering of alcohol, in the form of beer cans and those small bottles of liquor ( few once’s), by many holes and thrown into bushes around the water hazards on the course. When I returned the cart I let the man working in the Pro Shop know these two issues. His responses were infuriating and unapologetic. I said that it was “concerning in this era of COVID that the carts hadn’t been wiped down. “ This was obvious since they were soaking wet. I was told they were wet because they were hosed down as if that was the company answer to Covid cleaning. I don’t have a problem with washing them down- but for 54,bucks I was paying for the three of us I should have to find a towel and do it. That was a new one. Also water doesn’t kill coronavirus - that’s why we don’t just hose down hospital rooms?. No sorry , no nothing. With respect to the alcohol garbage that made the beautiful course trashy- the response was “my guys are afraid to pick that up, “ followed by “well they go out twice a day” - pick one argument or another. Wear gloves, mask and get kiddy claw that picks up items. There was so much trash my sons were commenting on it. These are two issues I have never encountered to this extent on ANY other golf course. The response from the pro shop is an example of disgusting customer service. Shameful. There are plenty of great golf courses on the cape- choose wisely

One of the worst customer expieriences I have ever had. I made an accout on here, specifically, to give a negative review. The Golf Pro was extreemly arogant and rude. We were told on the phone we could rent carts and then were not allowed. The ensuing conversation was made hostile by the pro and we canceled our reservation

The golf pro at this golf course was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in customer service. The golf course is poorly kept and it’s over priced for what it’s worth. If you buy a groupon they have “stipulations” on when and how you can use it, and they aren’t flexible and accommodating in any way, shape or form.

From the web site and pictures it looks like a regular per 3 course. It is really a glorified pitch and put with some longer par 3 holes. Many holes were tight , if you were off a bit your ball was lost.
