This review is LONG overdue! My husband surprised me with an overnight stay at Sea Street Inn last year for my birthday. Upon arrival the room was charming, clean, and Adrian went the extra mile and purchased chocolates from a local candy store and had them in the room! We walked to dinner and had an ice cream afterwards. I think I had the best sleep of my life on the king size mattress! The next morning Adrian made an amazing 3 course breakfast with fresh coffee and juice! The inn is beautiful and peaceful and Adrian went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Sea Street Inn while celebrating our anniversary last weekend. It’s a serious gem. As noted in so many reviews, the property is beautiful— immaculate, tranquil, and full of charm. From the rooms lined with gallery quality photography, to the delicious smells of breakfast wafting through the Inn, to the eclectic music that greeted us in the morning, it was a full sensory experience.Adrian is an incredibly gracious host, and really just an asset to the Cape Cod community. It’s clear that he knows (and loves) the Cape inside-out and he went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time. From making sure we could catch a look at all the seasonal flora and fauna, to recommending the best eats around, to helping us navigate the many historical treasures in the area…it was fantastic.Breakfast every morning was phenomenal, and having it made by a chef of Adrian’s caliber felt super luxurious. His love and knowledge of food, and joy of giving guests an amazing experience, was clearly communicated through each plate presented. Our stay is one that will always be special to us— it elevated our celebratory weekend while also providing the respite we needed from the throes of early parenthood.Thank you, Adrian. We very much look forward to our next visit and hope that it’s soon.

After a LOT of research, we went here for our Honeymoon. We had zero regrets and would wholeheartedly recommend.First, the basics. The property is spotless and immaculately maintained. It was quiet. the food was amazing. Customer service was unbelievable. We knew we would need to recharge after the wedding week and it was everything we wanted. On cleanliness: The owner stated he refreshed our room before our arrival as it was vacant for ONE night, including mopping the room before we arrived The room and property as a whole represented that level of cleanliness. The floor was clean enough that you could eat off of it. The kitchen where breakfast was prepared always looked like a team had just cleaned and staged it for parade of homes. We didn't ask for or need fresh linens but the owner insisted on refreshing every other day at minimum. On noise: The property was quiet. There was a little bit of construction noise from the neighbors but the property is well insulated and shutting the window did the trick. The guests are obviously high class and reflect that. The owner is also super involved and would clearly intervene if necessary. On food: We are foodies, including seeking Michelin Star restaurants. The breakfast was amazing and set us up nicely for our days. Please see the pictures. On customer service: This is what really sets the property apart. The owner interacted with us in a positive way every single day. For instance, we brought a bottle of wine as a dessert to have as a nightcap and left it in our room when we left for the day. When we came back, there were wine glasses and a box of chocolates to pair with the wine. Before we even arrived, I asked the owner about electric vehicle recharging as the airport was having a special on electric vehicles. He scouted the area in the coming days and sent me information and pictures of the chargers in the area, which helped me make a good decision. Every day, he asked us about our plans and offered suggestions. Included in the suggestions was very detailed insider information that really helped take some of our days from good to excellent, such as tips about a French Bistro or other helpful info. We were also able to get a discount on the ferry and restaurant reservations for dinner that were otherwise unavailable without his help. All in all, we felt it was a bit of a "risk" to pick Cape Cod for our Honeymoon as it's not a typical spot, but using Sea Street as our home base make it 100% worth it and a great decision. We would both give it our wholehearted recommendation for any kind of trip.

From the moment we booked Sea Street Inn, we knew we were in for a treat. From the pre-arrival emails on what and when to book things like ferries to the island, recommended restaurants, etc to the amazing service, food, and accommodations while staying, this place has it all.Adrian and his wife own this Inn and the attention to detail from decor to food is unmatched. We stayed in Suite 1. It was a wonderful space to enjoy! We had a mini fridge stocked with everything we needed, all of the bathroom toiletries, plush towels, beautiful robes, etc. It was a very large space and beautifully decorated. If you want to enjoyed the best 4 course breakfast you will ever eat, look know further. We both ate things we have never tried and loved every single bite. Adrian is an amazing, highly trained chef. There simply is no way to describe how wonderful the food is! Superb!Adrian is a wonderful conversationalist. We enjoyed talking to him over breakfast every morning. He has so much knowledge about the area and had a map personalized and ready for a day of exploring in Cape Cod. Everything he recommended for us to do was amazing. The location of the Inn is perfect! High speed ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard and very close. The beach is 400 yards away. It's a short stroll to downtown Hyannis for food and shopping.Seriously, look no further. Stay here! It's everything!

The Sea Street Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Not only is the location very walkable and central to everything you might need (restaurants, beaches, ferries, etc.) and the inn itself very lovely, Adrian and his wife are amazing. They are very accommodating and make sure you enjoy everything about your trip. They have so much knowledge of the area and give great tips for making the most of your trip. The breakfast each morning was amazing, some of the best dishes of our trip. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back one day!

My wife and I were visiting friends on the Cape and decided to go a day early to go to Martha's Vineyard. We decided to book at the Sea Street Inn as it was close to the Hyannis ferry. What an amazing find!! Over the top hospitality, good comfortable room, and AMAZING experiential breakfast. Adrian was a wonderful host and an even better chef. My favorite dish was an egg on top of pulled pork hash. Unreal!! He even printed the recipe so I could try to make it myself!! He also spent time going over the many works of art that they have acquired over the years. Quite a collection. Highly recommend!!Walkability: About a 10 min walk to Martha's Vineyard ferry.Noteworthy details: Food was amazing. Cool gallery and within walking distance of ferry.

Adrian has hospitality and hosting nailed. He knows how to provide an experience for you while staying at his property. Excellent taste in ambiance music and his breakfast is the best in Hyannis. The Gravlax is the best I've EVER had. Lobster BLTs and Cuban Sandwiches to die for. YUM. The location is great for walking to town, visiting the islands or one of the many beaches in the area. If you need travel suggestions or dinner suggestions ask Adrian and he will set you up! The best Hyannis has to offer

I didn’t stay. You can only book by looking at their website where they then tell you that you have to book by calling
Call, and no one answers.
