These one star reviews from “Devon Williams” and “Brock Lesnar” are fake reviews left by the old manager who was fired. Weird that both those reviews talk about how “good the manager was.” Another one star review left by “Jason Byron” is the old manager. Also the “Lilly Bowman” review sounds fake too “ props to the manager for not throwing hands” not like he could fight anyway. I love this journeys location and the staff there. Everyone there is so helpful and don’t deserve bad FAKE reviews

I had to think if I wanted to write this review or not but I feel if I post then maybe some action will be taken. The staff there hardly helps. They constantly kept talking back to their manger. Some young guy. Was in there for 45 minutes and saw employees just come an go as they pleased a didn’t even bother to tell their boss. I’ve been in here 4 times an each one the manager was the one who helped me. Great salesperson. I could see the frustration in his eyes being walked all over by the staff there I really don’t know how anyone could want to work there. Something needs to be addressed.

Was in there earlier being helped by the manager with blue hair. Wicked nice guy. His staff leaves a lot to be desired. Some were very distasteful and rude in the comments they made about him others ignored him completely. Very awkward being in the store when things like that are going down very unprofessional conduct by the staff. Props to the manager for keeping his cool and getting it done.

I've been debating about posting a comment for a while now but not too long ago I walked by and was about to enter the store when I noticed a young lady arguing with who I believe was her manager on the floor in front of customers. I was so taken aback by the lack of respect and unprofessionalism she displayed I had to keep walking. Props to the manager for not throwing hands. ?

Girl at the cash register was very nice, but points deducted for not covering her nose with her mask. That's not my issue here, it's a choice or whatever anyway. My issue is that I ordered a pair of limited edition shoes (Simpsons x Vans collab) and received order confirmation. Check back a few days later with their tracking service, and my order was cancelled! No notification, no email letting me know, I just had to figure it out for myself when they didn't show up. The company already took payment out of my account for a product they knew they didn't have in stock. Absolutely horrendous business practices. Will not be buying from them ever again.

On June 12th I stopped by Journeys to purchase a pair of shoes. I had purchased another pair from that location just a week before, but this time they REFUSED to give me a receipt unless I gave them my email address! WHAT? I personally am spending hours complying with GDPR for my own business and these guys think demanding my personal information is the direction to go? They must have Canadian and European customers? It was humiliating and really irritating. I questioned it many ways but only got NO as an answer. The clerk even "promised" me my info would not be used to spam me. Really does this clerk in Hyannis have control over what Journey corporate does with my info? She ended up taking my money and sending me out of the store without a receipt! The next day I called "customer service", basically a phone clerk programmed to apologize and take my info. I shared the experience and said I would like a receipt mailed to me. He promised me a return call. As I am in the service business also and believe a business should be given a chance to rectify a situation I waited another two days. No return call. I believe what they are doing is illegal and I have no confidence what they will do with my info once they have it. Don't do business with them if you can avoid it.
