Iron Horse magicians changed my fireplace completely today. Apparently the logs were originally set up improperly, the heat I now get from them is ridiculous, and the look is GORGEOUS! Thank you so much, it was truly a pleasure having you here.

My fire place is approximately 10 years old and was not running properly. Iron House did a spectacular job cleaning and servicing the unit. It looks brand new and runs perfect. I highly recommend this company.

I can't begin to explain how easy and streamlined the process was for the purchase and installation of my wood burning insert. Everyone at that business is experienced and kind, what a great local place to work with. I highly recommend Iron House, I've shopped around for YEARS before making my decision to burn firewood. It's already been a great decision and nobody else can compare to Iron House, not even close.

We needed to replace our 40 year old coal/wood stove. Want to stay with a wood stove. With great help we got a new Vermont cast iron stove. Most friendly wonderful people.

Just called Iron Place to ask if they would be interested to sell and install a wood stove in Plymouth MA. Secretary hang off the phone as soon as she found out was not from the cape. No "good day" no nothing...just hang out the phone after saying "we don't go anywhere else than the cape" then boom...gone....Kind of rude.. and very uneducated. That tell me a lot about the kind of people and the kind of service they provide. When you are a professional you are nice with any customer. Good luck

For anyone looking for a pellet, wood, or Gas stove, I HIGHLY recommend Iron House in Hyannis. For those who know me, I love supporting local family owned companies, and Iron House was phenomenal! The staff as well as the owner Weldy Webb was very friendly, informative, and beyond helpful. Always great to have someone provide the full service experience, as they did. They knew how to help me select the exact pellet stove that I was looking for, made sure I had everything I needed, provided a great value, and went above and beyond what was expected. They even had an installer lined up for me before I left to make it that much easier for me when the stove arrives! They are innovative and understanding of their customers, and certainly are in business for their customers first and foremost!

Bought a house last year and it was evident our gas fireplace was needing service going into this winter. Not knowing a thing about them other than trying to keep the pilot light on I called, emailed, and left a message at a competitor closer down the road and never received a response.Called the Iron House almost a week later and was told they could take a look at the unit next Saturday(today) mid-day.I called the day before to confirm but got voicemail. Less than 2 hours later, I got a follow up call confirming they would be here today.Arrival was minutes before 11am and I couldn't be happier. The techs laid blankets at the door and the job site and did a great job keeping everything clean.Sad to see lower reviews as I did not get any vibe of poor service from the phone to the house. Will recommend them!

This is such an unorganized company beware. When I ordered my fireplace I was given a cost write up and paid my deposit. A day or so later I get an email stating that they added my costs up wrong and got another $500 from me. They had my deposit, so there was nothing I could do.When I ordered the fireplace, they told me that I had to use Micore (cement board) and to check back with them since they didn't have it in stock. I didn't schedule my install because they said I needed the Micore.So, I called every week or 2 and was consistently told they're having problems with their supplier. 6 weeks later, they told me to schedule the install and they'll have it by then. The soonest available install date was another 3 weeks away, which was annoying, but they have my deposit, so no turning back. So far, I'm on week 10 since and have been staring at a large hole in my living room for 2.5 months.I called today to confirm my Friday install and it does't appear that I'm on the schedule and they don't have Micore. I took the day off work for the install, and I guess I'll be waiting a few more weeks. For $7k, I deserve better service.They don't know how to add, schedule install, or order supplies, but they're great at taking your money. Hopefully others didn't have to experience this too.

Terrible experience. Their owner and staff lies. After 5 months of BS excuses I finally got my fireplace and it arrived damaged. These a-holes told me I have to pay them more $ to have it repaired. I just paid $7k for a new fireplace and I have to pay to have it fixed? They suck on every level.

Took a month to schedule an appointment. Was told a window of 9-12. Drove to the Cape just for this appointment. Left at 12:15 after no one showed. No respect for people’s time. Plenty of other service providers who want your business. Avoid this UNPROFESSIONAL business. Definitely the JV Team.
