Love this marina they are there for the rich clients and no middle class people. Boat ramp is small and no garbage cans but it worked for me to water drop a millionaire boat in water

They REALLY helped out in a bind and were as courteous and fair as could be. Ryan Scott one of the service managers could have easily sent me looking somewhere else and refused a simple job like a wheel repair on a trailer but he understood my circumstance and took care of our needs without hesitation. Highly reccomend!

Respect the facility, the staff, and the ownership. You won't find a better place on the Cape. Hyannis gives you the most options with more room to move. (Statement completely incorrect on the 4th).

Recently purchased a 22’ Sea Ray from Hyannis Marina. Peter, our Sales person was beyond welcoming and showed us multiple boats from used to new. When my wife and I met Peter, we knew we were going to make a deal with him solely on his character and knowledge for boating. We were willing to wait until HE found OUR boat. Our biggest goal was to meet all of our family’s needs, having a 4 year old and new born we needed something that fit. He could relate to all of our needs and found the right boat for us. Even months after purchase he still checks in to make sure everything is exactly how we pictured. It’s only May and we’re Already having a blast on the water, all thanks to Peter and Hyannis Marina.

Bought a key west 28 center console in 2016. These guys were awful. We had several delivery problems. Then the new boat had engine issues, paint issues and controls issues including radio, console electronics, battery and pump problems. They have never warrantied any item. They never stood behind anything. Yes I spoke to the owner / manager. I had every item carefully reviewed and documented and offered Hyannis a chance to fix / repair everything and they refused. I would not buy a life jacket from these people and definitely suggest if your investing your hard earned money (like I did) find an alternate source. Worst boating experience in 30+ Years of boating.
