Great place to worship any time of the year or if you don't have a personal church that you attend, first Baptist will always welcome you always, in this picture we had celebrated cultural tradition of how Jamaicans celebrated Christmas, we are friendly and we welcome everyone who loves to visits.

Very friendly and welcoming church, Pastor's father's day message was perfect. If you plan on attending the car show in the future stop in prior to looking at the cars and get revved up for GOD.

The First Baptist Church is the oldest church in Hyannis. The church design is a typical New England with steeple, bell belfry and a clock. The church graveyard is out back and dates to the early 1800's. The church community provide a varity of community service activities. On Thursday they off a Food Pantry with fresh vegetables, fruit and bread. Next to the food pantry is their church store. The store stocks gently used books, toys, clothing and other bric a brac. The grounds are beautifully kept. It isn't unusual to see people sitting on the front steps during the summer. Their outside announcement sign is a favorite in Hyannis. The pastor usually selects a profound saying with a humorous twist. The Sunday School Children paint rocks with pretty scenes and quotes and Bible verse. These are placed out fromt to the left of the main door. They are free for anyone to pick-up and take along with them. I have several on my windowsill at home. Tours are offered of the church. You will need to see their time and day posted on their wall.
