“Marcos and his staff couldn't be more professional, friendly & personable (tell me where you find THAT anymore!!). I had to switch carriers due to false advertising about my " excellent coverage" at my home address after a tower shutdown..."Doesn't effect your service & your phone's fine". Marcos and his staff took care of me & within 10 minutes we were ready to activate. His/their patience due to a ridiculous faux paus on the other carrier's end caused him to take 45 mins he shouldn't have had to, to rectify it. Remained cool, calm, patient & friendly all thru it. VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM, HIS BUSINESS, THE WAY I OBSERVED HIM TRAINING & TREATING HIS EMPLOYEES...IT STARTS AT THE TOP...THE TRICKLE DOWN IS EXTREMELY POSITIVE & HELPFUL TOO!! THIS CRICKET OFFICE OF MARCOS' IS JUST THE WAY A PERSON SHOULD BE TREATED. LOVE THEM...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ??”
