Worst customer service I have ever seen! We went in to buy us each a pair of new sneakers. There was no one in the shoe department, only a kiosk. After 10 minutes of trying to put in our sneakers and size and we gave up. I will never go into a Dick's store again! Nobody willing to help us, we are seniors, used to real people helping. So Dicks lost $300 plus on a sale and doesn't care.

Worthless staff. No interest in providing service or engaging in customer. In fact 5 staff members would rather stand with their arms folded near the entrance of the store than show me where the one item I needed was. Miserable experience, probably better off finding items at target in the adjacent storefront.

Staff was rude and didn’t acknowledge me when I was picking up an order. I stood there for 15 minutes and they walked past me and pretended not to notice me. Super annoying and not good customer service at all.

I was in this store today looking for women’s sneakers. The young man that was working in that department was running ragged. He was the only one working and he was doing his absolute best. He remained patient and polite and was very knowledgeable. If you sold any sneakers today it was solely because of him!

Went to this store today with my daughter and the employees Nick and Percy were so kind and helpful. They made our experience so much better. I am so grateful for their help, and my daughter left so happy due to their friendliness.

Ana was the best. She helped us get 4 pairs of sneakers. She went back and forth to get us many options and was knowledgeable about the brands and understood what we were looking for. She was even patient while my wife took her time deciding on colors for herself and my daughter. We left with 4 pairs of shoes and very happy!

I wanted to leave this review for Percy, his customer service is excellent. I had an issue with a size on an item and needed a return. He was helpful understanding and very kind. While maintaining the stores policies. I appreciate this very much. If not for this positive interaction I may not have returned to this location, and it's very convenient for me. I'm very happy leaving the store this evening

This story has a great ending so read on!I bought a treadmill at Dick’s in Hyannis, MA, in early November. It took a long time for it to be delivered and set up but that was not due to Dick’s but rather the company that provides that service. The day after it was delivered and assembled, I found that there were few things wrong with it (one missing part and one malfunction) so I immediately called Dick’s. The first person I spoke to told me the treadmill was no longer their responsibility and that I had to call the company hired to do the delivery and assembly, and this was the day after delivery! He said Dick’s always checked everything inside the treadmill box to make sure every single part was there before turning it over to the delivery/setup company. I told them that was impossible since so many of the small parts were sealed inside plastic packaging in the treadmill box and the entire box was unopened when it got to my home. Also, how could they know there was a malfunction in one of the features of the treadmill? Regardless, I called the setup company and was put on hold for a good 10 minutes. While on hold, Addison the assistant manager at Dick’s, called me back and said the first person I spoke to was absolutely wrong and that they would replace the treadmill and also give me 10% off my original purchase. Addison was terrific! Not only did he give me the 10% off but that same treadmill I bought several weeks earlier was now on sale for $100 less and he refunded that difference too! All I can say is Addison knows customer service and I couldn’t be more pleased with him and how he represented Dick’s.
