AAA sent us Buckler’s for a late night flat tire fix. The operator was an absolute sweetheart who showed up in 15 minutes, swapped over our spare, and gave us some advice as well.

Great service! AAA sent Bucklers Towing to me for a flat tire today. Pat was there in maybe 15 minutes, even though AAA said it would take 45 minutes. I really appreciated the fast response time, since I was not at home. Pat was nice, professional, and worked quickly. I was able to make it home okay. Thanks!

Teach your scumbag flatbed operators how to drive. Dangerously cutting people off on the midcape and when they should be yielding and then blinding them with their rear LED’s. Real professional.

Had a AAA tow last week from route 6 to Hyundai. It could not have worked out better. . The arrival time was faster than expected and the driver (Benjamin Pierce) was Fantastic. Great job Bucklers.

This evening I received the most unpleasant, rude service I’ve ever gotten. After waiting 3 hours in dark, dispatcher Patrick, threatened to cancel the service and hung up on mid call simply because he was unable to park his work truck right in front of my car. He did not need his work truck for the service provided, it was a simple lock out. Everyone has bad days I get it, I to was having a bad day and his attitude did not help.Service: Car lockouts
