Salesman Michael, was way too pushy. Barely had time to look before this guy was trying to sell something. Was actually considering buying something but left because this guy was worse than a used car Salesman with a lot full of lemons.

I had to visit the store several times to try the bed that I ended up purchasing. Beth was so great as she helped me navigate which beds felt the most comfortable to us! We then were able to narrow it down to one that we love!!

Positive experience. Jackie was helpful and informative. Process was straightforward and simple and you didn’t feel pressured to make any on the spot choices. Def not like a car lot ? As long as delivery, set up, and future customer service go well, I would most definitely recommend and go to Bobs again for my furniture investments. Thanks Jackie!
