I have been a very happy and satisfied customer for over a year. Recently I had an issue and Mike and his team at AA were extremely helpful to fix and restore service and i found out they stand behind their product and are easy to work with. Very knowledgeable, kind and courteous staff means a lot and is one of the best parts of this company!! I recommend them!!

We have had our alarm service with Associated Alarm Systems for many years. Today we had an issue with the system. Within a few hours of our call, they were at the house taking care of the issue. Thank you Mike for exceptional service!

Great company in business since the 1960's. Personalized service that is responsive to individual needs. Techs arrive on time within a reasonable window. Seamless updates of equipment when necessary. 24/7 monitoring makes me feel secure. App is easy to use on my phone. I am very happy with their service and am a long-time customer in the Wrentham, MA area.

We have had Associated Alarm for years and they are great! Any time we need to speak with someone in the office for a service or bill related issue, they are always eager to help us out - excellent customer service. Just had Mike here for an install (for the upgrade) and everything went smooth. Mike and his colleague were professional yet friendly and they were in and out in a half. Highly recommend Associate Alarm!

Is it possible to give less than 1 star?They are completely unresponsive.I have had a beeping for over 2 weeks and have called 10 times and still have no help.

Associated installed our system in 2008, and at first we bought their monitoring system, which I cancelled some time later as nothing ever happens in our neighborhood. Now, twelve years later the programmer developed issues and I called to have it replaced. I have spoken to three people including the owner and have been promised each time that someone would be in touch. Six weeks have passed and after repeated calls, NOTHING! I even sent a photo of the programmer to Ann in the service department, and again, "I'll get back to you," but again nothing. It finally dawned on me that because I am not paying 30 something dollars per month for monitoring, they have zero interest in dealing with me.I am going elsewhere, but do not recommend this firm or rate these people even one star. If a minus rating was available, they would get it.November 8, 2020I want to update my experience with Associated, as finally a technician arrived, replaced the programmer and repaired a broken contact in a window. He also brought a new remote key fob and programmed that.He was skilled at his job, knew what he was doing and the system has worked just fine since his visit, repairs and replacements.

This company talked a big game up front; installed expensive cameras, fire / smoke alarm system, water alarm system and doorbell cameras...The cameras never worked. One of the keypads constantly alarmed and was clearly a dud. I made phone calls and was treated to proclamations of dismay and repeated promises for over a year (Anne, Jennifer...) to fix everything and make things right. This was a folly, a series of lies to placate me.The OWNER - RICH CHILDS - made repeated appointments and never cancelled or showed up. Nothing was every fixed after I paid the final bill.To this day, not a single one of the "high end' cameras installed worked or would even go online. Despite weekly calls, none of the staff in the office will answer my calls unless I make them from another number and then they do not return calls. Total investment was over $15,000 and nothing works except the $100 Ring cameras.Shameful.I guess I will have to eat it or take them to court.

This company installed exterior security cameras, smokes, doorbell cameras for over $15,000. They never worked and over a year later - literally 8 appointments where no one from the AAS shows up and a complete refusal by the owner RICH CHILDS to address the problems and we are having to take them to court. Terrible company filled with dishonest people with zero ethics.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. From inadequate equipment to incompetent service. They quoted me one price for service then didn't repair the equipment and charged me more telling me that the technician had to drive from far when the technician said that he lives and came from home only a few miles away. I was paying for a service of monitoring and none of my external door alarms were working. When I had another company come to install they found that my living room sensor wasn't end connected and the wires were sitting in the wall. I wrote a complaint to to BBB and they blatantly lied in their response and even said that they services my alarm system 4 times for free when I had no exterior door or living room sensor working. Please be aware! I was very luck not to have a break in during my years with them.
