Beautiful farm just before the lake. Classic Hilltown spot to check out for its tradition in our maple harvest season! Fantastic family who owns it and great staff who run it. All family owned and run- hard not to feel welcome and cared for. Rickys homemade hash is made with real meat and Tastes great! Their prices on maple syrup when you leave are fair and the syrup is to die for. You sit beneath an old Barn surrounded by wood beams, cement flooring and large windows that look off at fame equipment, animals, barns and hills.

Excellent food, great friendly people running it. You're seated a d they take your order and deliver you your food fast service. You are able to go in the back covered room and see the syrup being boiled and talk with Clayton or Wayne all about how it's process to becoming syrup.

Great spot to start your day. Beautiful drive to get here with great views all around. The folks that run it are down to earth and are all family. Old time charm with great food and wonderful hospitality. We sat next to the wood stove and gawked out the window while we enjoyed our breakfast with fresh maple syrup made right there just off the dining room.
