First time in the store I’m a home care provider in Cohasset I help people for a living …I rarely play the lottery so I asked the gentleman behind the counter to help me.i even waited for him to finish his conversation …He was the rudest person I ever came across after unwillingly helping me he told me don’t expect him helping me next time I told him he doesn’t need to worry I won’t be back he refused to put my lottery In …. Just wanted too say I hit big time and the man at 7-11 is one happy worker …..

Conveniently located, imbedded in the neighborhood, friendly staff and good selection for such a small space. Been here for 100 years (probably longer)

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Beer selection is pathetic and over priced. Most of the time the beer is warm.

Called to see if they were open. Said they were for 12 more minutes. So I drove there and got there 5 min before closing. Saw lady at register and she ignored me. Won't take my business here again. Closing at 9 means 9. Also I had called to saw coming.

Friendly but a bit intense and strict. Quick to remind you how many minutes and seconds you have until close. Also the gentleman opening and closing the door as you walk in made me feel like I was entering and exiting Alcatraz. I'm also 40 years old and get ID'd everytime I'm in here. Grey hair and all. (Thanks for the compliment, I guess?) Haha. Friendly overall, but lighten up pleaseee. You're in Hull/Cohasset MA, beautiful, easy living oceanside town....the average house price is easily over a million dollars.... Just breathe and relax. Were all going to be okay. : )

One person in our group forgot to bring his mask into the store and pulled his shirt up to his face to cover his nose so that he can buy a Gatorade. The owner told him that he cannot do that, that they will not sell to him, and told him to get out. That's totally understandable because I understand the safety regulations for COVID-19. Then she turns to the rest of us, who ALL had masks on, and told us she CANNOT and WILL NOT sell to us because one person in our group did not wear a mask. We went outside and asked our friend who came in a different car to go in and buy the drinks. She refused. Then she came our of the store to yell at us for being in the same group. She proceeded to rudely scream out to us that she will get fined if she sells to people with in the same group as someone without a mask. That it is ILLEGAL. She wanted to argue with us and tell us to gtfo her parking lot to go somewhere else or she will call the police. What sense does it make that she cannot sell to the rest of us who had masks on? Many of us work in the retail/pharmacy/restaurant business as well, so we know that masks are required. She looked ignorant and racist yelling at us and trying to tell us these "laws". We even asked her tell us what regulation article number her "laws" are and she was unable to tell us. Our friend could have simply went out to the car to grab a mask too. It's not a hard thing to do. Or she could have sold to the rest of us who were wearing masks. We viewed this as a racist act. A group of asian people coming to the beach, where we did hear people say things such as "what are these people doing here". If you open a business, you should expect to receive business from everybody. This is just something nobody wants to experience, especially on a holiday such as July 4th where we all want to gather to do the same thing - watch fireworks.

After leaving the beach my friends and I decided to stop here to pick up more beer and we were very upset with our experience. The owner was incredibly dismissive and rude. I felt disrespected not just as a customer, but also as a person because of how he spoke to me. He spent nearly two minutes reviewing my IN state MA ID and gave me a hard time while doing so. I will not be returning.

As an employee, a great, friendly place to pop into. We have good selections in our wine and liquor sections. It's a great place to pop into. As a customer, it's a great palce to shop, prices are compatible and Staff is knowledgeable. My go to place on my way to the beach. They have coolers and ice and always fully stocked for my needs! Highly recommend!
