This place belongs on the National Register of Historic Places and if you're in the area and there's a show rocking out do go take it in. It's grand. Love C-NOTE! Go see Lindsey Buck on 9/28/24

It’s a medium size bar that seems to host cover bands. There is a very large parking lot across the street which is on the ocean. We got tacos a couple of shops down which hit the spot. A decent amount of seating for a small bar. The drinks were reasonably priced.

Friendly crowd and very good customer service. What I didn't like is the floor the dancing floor needs to be fixed also would be nice if they had food. But I did hear that you can bring food in.

Probably the best bar in town. Any weekend night this music venue hosts various artists and music livers alike on its dance floor, and there's a surprising amount of space considering how small the building appears. When you're not dancing the night away you can find pool and darts set aside for your enjoyment (but not too far from drinks or music) or set down your coat on the hooks conveniently located under the bar and have yourself one of their fine drinks. Definitely worth a visit.

Listen. I love dive bars as long as they are clean. Unfortunately, this one is not the best. I asked the bartender and local patrons two questions. "What is the best thing about this bar and the worst?" The bartender told me that this place is "gross" but the "bands and crowd are fun". The patrons all loved the drinks when asked meaning that they were overserved and I saw that first hand. The C' Note does not serve food and from what I saw I'm grateful for that. It's probably one of the only "cash only" bars left in America so hit the ATM before you decide to enter this establishment. Again, finding decent local bands for fun on a Saturday night are rare and the C' Note has them. Unfortunately, the bar needs major improvement but check it out for yourself and decide.

One of the last of the small live music venues in the area. Small enough to be cozy, allowing patrons an intimate experience with performers, but large enough for good sized dance floor, plenty of bar space and small tables. Excellent, diverse musical acts every weekend..

Dive bar. You're likely going there to see a band. No drafts. Limited alcohol selection. Cash only. Wait, it gets worse. The short older female bartender may just be the biggest B#$%& on the planet. But tonight, I came prepared for Godzilla. I tipped her upfront. Unfortunately, it still took her some time to warm up. I have to assume she hates life. The last three times I've gone, immediate tipping helps but judge for yourself (if there is an obvious young bartender gravitate towards the younger person). Also, I bought 4 tickets to a show in advance. They had zero record of it. Their system is an absolute nightmare. A C-Note ticket is...your Paypal receipt. News flash. The Paypal receipt has zero information on it. But, the guy at the door let me and my 3 guests in after he saw a receipt that basically said that I once paid C-Note money. Amazing. Not much organization here but I'll go back because of the music.

Great dive bar to see awesome live music. Have returned multiple times and will be seeing more live shows there in the future. They either have tickets available online for a discount (at the door is more) or just a cover charge. Keep a look out for online tickets; much better deal. Cash only establishment. ATM machine on site. It charges a service fee so be warned. Excellent selection of bottled beers. No draft beers when off season and only open on the weekends.
