“I am a local business near this store. And I always like their service and how close they are to us. They helped me on a last minute package and offer printed out a shipping label, which was send to my email as an attachment. I could have missed our client’s deadline of the delivery without the staff’s help. A big thanks to the gentlemen who is working on 5/21 around 6 pm.”

“I had a great experience shipping a package to Ukraine for the first time at this Meest location. The website linked in the Google map description had helpful info on phone number to call to make an appointment. I recommend that if it’s your first time. The gentleman inside was incredibly helpful and patient, and guided me through the process of registering online and filling out the customs form. We are hopeful the package arrives fine, and if it does we definitely will be using them again! The ship time via air was estimated 10-14 days and I found the pricing reasonable.It’s a little hard to find if you haven’t been there before, as the entrance is around the back of the shopping plaza and there was no signage on the street level. But if you go in the plaza, there is a sign for 45 R that points to the driveway around back, there’s a Ukrainian flag outside the door ☺️”

“I recently needed a document notarized and stopped by the Revere Business Center. What a pleasant surprise, not only was I able to easily park but I was able to get everything done quickly and easily. While I was there, I also noticed the large format printer and other things that will make my production needs easier in the future - the owner Osman is a very nice guy who is clearly a self-made guy who brings a lot to the table and our community, I'll support that any day - thanks!!!!”
“Some stuff at this location makes it unnecessarily complicated. They had one of the most amazing CSR persons working there but i think he might have retired. Not too bad though, but with the USPS prices catching up to the UPS prices, the lines and complexity aren’t cool”

“Although my package was already on the belt to be returned to the sender, the customer service agent ran to the back to grab it before it was loaded, saving me the headache of having to wait for a new shipment. Very impressed, as most would’ve just said it’s too late and there’s nothing they could do. Definitely worth a 5-star rating!”

“I like this Staples location.It's convenient and has more than you might realize.It's a UPS drop off spot so I have been using that to return Amazon packages lately.They recently set up a 2 aisle kids area with educational games and some crafts. Much less crowded place to grab a kid gift than a toy store.The copy center is great if you can speak to a staffer in the store.I've had some issues of online print shop orders not getting to the store correctly.Got my new years postcards printed through Staples with no problems.Love the clearance shelves.The office supplies are a little higher priced than our online overlord that starts with an A but it's convenient to see what you need to look at sizing and to take it home that day.Didn't think I would be reviewing a Staples but they're great.”
