First and foremost i have been with Rockland Trust Company for over 40 years and I have had the pleasure of dealing with all of the banking staff in the Hull branch.They are very professional and helpful,That being said i plan on doing Business for forty more years if they will have me.I say Thank you to all the banking staff at the hull branch.

I've been a customer of Rockland Trust for almost 20 years now & what used to be a convenient small town bank is a large company that no longer provides good customer service at any level. Telephone banking service has gone downhill. They made multiple errors on my account last year (resulting in over $500 in erroneous charges) which took them over a month for them to fix. Had I not found the problem, escalated the problem to multiple people at the bank, it would not have been resolved. When I provided the back-up paperwork to them, I had to send it multiple times. They are not accommodating to their customers any more. I am reluctantly moving my accounts to a larger bank, that can provide me with better service and hopefully fewer errors.
