“Wow! I am visiting my sister here and just mailed out 3 posts. Vin the clerk pick up a mistake on a zipcode I have been using from Thailand for a year. He check the zipcode I had 3 times and mine was wrong. Great service and no wait. Easy peasy in and out. Thank you Vin!”
“Denise is a rockstar. She was very knowledgeable about passport/ state dept info and how to send our passports for renewal. She even helped us save $10 on shipping. Possibly the best post office interaction of my life.”
“I normally go to this one since it is close by. The staff there is always very polite and friendly. There is never a long wait in line. So you can be in and out very quickly.”
“Went to help my father-in-law's passport renewal and the ladies who assisted were very helpful and made our anxious selves at ease. Process was easy with their warm accomodation. Thank u!”

18 Dover St, Norwell“There were two guys working when I visited today, and they were both very helpful setting up my PO box and mail forwarding! There wasn't much of a wait. Nice little USPS location.”
“I always have a great experience! One clerk was so kind, I wish I got her name. She could see me struggling to find a reasonable box size for what I was mailing, and she gave me some helpful suggestions and even went out back to find some bubble mailers in the pattern I liked. Everyone who works here is very kind, and I always find that the post office is the lowest price and fastest mailing option! The negative reviews I see give me a laugh — expecting services that are not offered (for free,) blaming system outages on the employees, etc. You can always buy tape and boxes and pack your packages on site! I usually do it with the bubble mailers. This is a great post office and I love the one down the street in Wollaston as well :)”
“I'm a big fan of this place and whenever I go there to mail something, I go inside because the people who work there have always been pleasant and helpful and I'd rather talk with them than just drop a letter in one of the mailboxes right outside.”

307 Beacham St, Chelsea“Visit, don’t call. Regional distribution center. Employee at the counter went above and beyond to help with each person’s very specific/niche requests or problems, following up to track down missing packages and mail.
You do have to go in person, they don’t really have phone service even though they list it (I was told by the employee at my local USPS).
Thanks so much!”

140 Ward St, Revere“Very happy with the service. Was desperate to send a big big package on Saturday and Tom helped me a lot. Just call before you're there, they will answer immediately and will try to solve the issue. They will accept prepaid packages only, so if you need to send something keep it in mind.”
“I have been here twice when I did not know how to package these 2 large plates. Both times a person from behind the counter found the correct box and PACKAGED IT FOR ME! I am always going to this post office!!! Love them! Thank you for your help!!”

444 E 3rd St, Boston“HOLY ATTACK OF THE KARENS ? I went there for a passport which takes a little extra time than your average post office visit and in the matter of time that I was there (15-20 mins?) the attending clerks were both treated rudely, disrespectfully and with entitled behavior by at least four different customers. One man was edging on violence. These employees legitimately need a security guard... or bouncer The internet blew up retail store Karens and it's time we call out these post office rude Karens next because NO ONE deserves the treatment that I had witnessed today. ESPECIALLY considering that ALL attendants we're QUICK, HELPFUL, WITTY AND WORKING HARD. It was uncalled for and you patrons, my NEIGHBORS - SADLY should be ashamed of yourselves. For shame.”

125 Pearl St, Braintree“Had an extremely helpful & pleasant experience today with Anne. She helped me over the phone with a few problems I was having trying to navigate and she went above and beyond to leave me a message. Thank you! ?”
“While visiting this post office, I came in with the not-so-easy request of renewing my passport and changing my name because the first time I had done it, an error was committed on my part.
Lisa and Cierra, were amazingly helpful. They went above and beyond to help me understand the additional steps of what had to be done so that my passport renewal would be processed appropriately. Not only did they help me, they were understanding and told me to get the paperwork together and they would still help me even though it would be way past the appointment time I had reserved.
In addition, the whole time I was here, I saw the staff interact with a population of diverse customers, many for which English wasn't their first language. Even then, the cultural competency, patience, and support they provided was unmatched. This location is manned by an amazing crew of individuals that are not praised enough.”
“Kevin was very caring, professional, and lovely today! He helped me and my brother with our passport renewal and was informative. Thank you Kevin! Lovely staff here I can tell they all care, truly making Revere proud!!”

5 Beach St, Quincy“This is a great post office, that I have used for decades. I cannot say enough good about it. Service is great! But I am worried, why have you protected your employees and customers with shower curtains? Really, decent plastic protection cannot be that expensive, especially since you have had at least one positive COVID 19 tested employee.”
“Some stuff at this location makes it unnecessarily complicated. They had one of the most amazing CSR persons working there but i think he might have retired. Not too bad though, but with the USPS prices catching up to the UPS prices, the lines and complexity aren’t cool”
