“This is the pharmacy i used when i had my daughter ava she was colicky and couldn't drink any of the formulas otc and had to have her pediatrician write a script for a special formula that I could only pick up here and anyhow they where very kind even with the amount of formula we would have to have delivered there and then pick up they tried to make things go as smoothly”

“My asthma can flare up bad when I get a cold. I was given an Rx for a nebulizer machine, but all CVS pharmacies don't carry equipment so I was told to go to a medical supply store. I went to 2, no success. I called Walgreens in Chelsea, and while they also didn't have one the woman kindly told me to check out Margolis. I got my machine for $26! The staff was apologetic they couldn't take my Rx for the machine, but I genuinely didn't mind because I really went through the wringer while feeling so weak until I got to Margolis. Grateful now I have the equipment I need to feel normal again. Thank you Margolis!”
“I had prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for several months and my overall experience with this business was positive. However, those seeking delivery services from this pharmacy should be advised that this business will charge customers a $5 delivery fee if they have to make more than one trip per month to your home in order to deliver multiple prescriptions. The staff charged me $5 and charged this money to my credit card without informing me of their policy beforehand. Their website states that they offer "free delivery " but does not mention that they will charge a $5 fee for multiple deliveries per month. The staff also failed to mention this to me. I only learned about the charge when I viewed my bank statement. After this incident occurred I contacted owners at other independent pharmacies in the area that offer free delivery service. I was informed that while pharmacists typically do work with customers and insurance companies to attempt to synchronize prescriptions, they do not charge customers if it becomes necessary to make multiple trips to their home in one month. I contacted the manager at Crown Colony Pharmacy to voice my concerns and frustrations about having had money debited from my account without being informed beforehand and was received a hostile response. For this reason, I have decided that I will no longer give these people my business.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Ann over the last few years! Although it’s not an easy experience losing your breasts Ann made it much better! My initial encounter was for breast forms. I had no clue lol! Ann walked me through the process with open arms! My second encounter was for custom prosthetics. Ann is so professional and thorough! Ann is kind, caring, patient, and in a Judgment free zone. I highly recommend this company and Ann!”

“Went there tonight 9-23 to pick up insulin for a dog. Both pharmacist and tech knew their product were extremely professional and extremely helpful. I have been very dismayed with CVS Southern Artery that was going to charge almost 5 times what Walmart charged me for the same product. Walmart just got my business. Walmart corporate. Anna in the Pharmacy said with a joyful smile and in the middle of a phone call said she will take care of it. Again, I wrote in the wrong shot. She smiled while multitasking said she can fix it and offered to do it know!A very dedicated employee and can work under stress and provide the customer a stress free experience”

“Ever been a visitor to a city you are not familiar with and just wanted a couple of items you knew you could get from your favorite drugstore chain? YES! That was why I was here! I wanted some water and a couple of snacks to tide us over until we got onboard our ship. This walk didn't seem too far from the hotel, so off I went!There was a reason there were like NO PEOPLE anywhere. The winds were whipping and it was more than a wee bit chilly! I should have Uber-ed, I guess, but hoofing it in the wind, in the cold and what felt like up hill both ways, WHAT AN ADVENTURE!This store was laid out different from the CVS Box Stores in Dallas, but was able to find all I wanted. No two CVS stores seem to ever be the same. The water prices were significantly higher than Dallas and actually were not much different from what the hotel was selling them. At least I had a great cooling off power walk out of it!The other item that kind of took a bite out of me, was there is a Bag Fee in Boston. How absolutely ironic! The city that took on the King of England over fees and taxation has a "bag" fee. Poor Samuel Adams, I bet he is rolling in his grave! In his honor, I'm rebelling with taking down a star from this otherwise 5 star establishment. (But I'm giving it back as it sure isn't CVS' fault that the local taxing governments have forgotten their history!)”

“My first time at CVS Milton was amazing! I had stopped by this cvs because it was the closest on the way to my friend’s birthday party. Jason and Jasmine helped me find the perfect birthday card, as I specifically needed a themed one for the birthday girl. The sale prices are actualy SALE PRICES and there are always bargains on needed basics to be had ,if i could give this location 10 tars i would !”

“My friend went to the Minute Clinic here at this CVS and was thrilled with the service, cost, just everything. He had a sinus infection and it travelled to his eyes. The NP was wonderful!!! She checked him out, gave him a prescription for an antibiotic and he had it filled right there. The pharmacy even got the price way down! Just an all round great customer experience. He went on Wednesday, Feb 6th so whom ever was on duty around 1:00PM or so - YOU DID A GREAT JOB!!!”

“Hello. I went to the store a few weeks and and been meaning to write a very positive review. I want to the bakery to get a cake. And they cake decorator I believe her name was Debbie she did such a wonderful job❤️. The cake was absolutely amazing and delicious. She really puts her heart into it. Also I did see another employee. I couldn’t catch his name. But he was making cookies. I have tired the cookies here before and they were super good. I was trying ti find a certain bagel and the nice young man that was doing the cookies helped me find it. Durning another visit I also needed helping finding a bakery item. And this girl Layla I think that’s how you spell it. She’s helped me as well. The bakery staff is super friendly ❤️❤️ I hope the manger see this. And made the staff now there work is truly appreciated. And I’ll be telling my friends. If they r in the area to stop by. I do live a little farther away. But I’ll try to stop by again. “Employees were very helpful and always try to accommodate customers' needs but the store at 1010 Revere Beach Parkway looks old and definitely not updated. The carpet needs to be changed/cleaned and there is so much space in the store that they should bring more merchandise. They usually have 2 of each item and the shelves looks empty. If you do not get there at the beginning of the week you need to go to another store because they do not replenish the items. PLUS, you will never find the Weekly offers at the entrance. You need to ask for it”

“Ghada/Rada is such a wonderful person! I’ve spoken with other CVS pharmacys in the past and always get anxiety from it because I feel rushed off the phone or they are just very rude. Ghada found a prescription for me that was in stock and made it possible to pick up ASAP! She was so kind when I picked it up in person that I insisted to get her name so that she gets the recognition she deserves!! She made my day not only because she found a medication that was out of stock at my normal cvs but also because she was the exact opposite of cvs emollients I’ve encountered in the past. I turned around and the pharmacy took care of it within 5 minutes. I love this place!”
