Nice hotel, but accommodations leave something to be desired. The hotel and no breakfast/brunch, and anything you needed in the room you'd have to call down and wait. The room itself was modern and clean, but overpriced for a place that offers less than what is offered at a simple Holiday Inn or Ramada.

Nantasket Beach Resort sounds like a dream. With its prime location right on the ocean, it's the perfect getaway. The two newly renovated ballrooms add a touch of elegance and sophistication, making it ideal for any event. The sound system is top-notch, ensuring that every note hits just right. And let's not forget the outdoor space! It's a beautiful area to relax and enjoy the seaside view. All in all, it seems like a fantastic resort with a lot to offer.Nearby activities: Plenty to doWalkability: Everything is in walking distance and easy to get aroundFood & drinks: Lots around

This place is such a cute resort. I wish I would have taken advantage of the amenities more such as the pool or gym but ran out of time. This is in a perfect location near the ocean. The front desk people were friendly. The rooms are good and have a balcony and a fire place.

My wife and I stayed here on a trip to Boston. It was very expensive to stay in Boston, so we found this place just south. What a find! Great place, a little outdated, but close to restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The staff was very friendly. Paul checked us in and told us this was the place to be! We had an oceanside room so a great view of the sunrise coming up over the Atlantic. A great weekend!Just an update, we found our Friday night stay was over double the other nights. After tax, almost $400 for the one night, in October! Great views and nice location, but not worth $400/night.

Clean well appointed room. The balcony is tiny but really lovely. The gas fireplace was an added bonus. Like so many places they seem a little short staffed so there's only one person on duty but there is a parking lot and we felt safe here. Little things like a closet door that doesn't open very well aren't that big of a deal but just sharing it as Info for the travellor. Nice hotel in an awesome location - my daughter loved roaming the beach collecting shells! My pics are of the sunrise - some taken from the balcony.Walkability: Restaurant at the hotel and one behind. Lots of beach just a crosswalk away from the hotel. Another restaurant and a Dunkin donuts a short walk away.

Decided to come here with a friend for a much needed girls trip and was not disappointed! Location was perfect! The rooms were clean and cozy. And don't even get me started on how phenomenal the service was. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and sociable and made our stay as relaxing and fun as we were hoping. 10/10 would come back again for another getaway!

We loved our stay there. It was right next to the beach and the parking was between he won which made it great for leaving stuff in the car for after beach needs (washing feet off and leaving beach chairs in car). Only issue we noticed was in the balcony section facing the pool was if someone smoked on their balcony you get their smoke your way. There was a smoker and a marijuana user which made us have to leave the balcony one night as NON smokers with young kids

Great Stay here at this beachfront hotel . We found this to actually be the best and calmest beach in the Boston areaWe extended our stay here as it provided us an amazing beach experience as well as the perfect location to explore all the other great things to do all within an hour drive . But there's plenty to see and do around the hotel .Our room had 2 very comfortable queen beds. An amazing shower system. Views of the waterfront on from our patio... It even had a gas fireplace in the room.Be sure to go to the floor marked penthouse. There you will find more incredible views as well as a spa !!I wish there was a breakfast restaurant in the hotel. They have a small coffee stand in the lobby but it was never open when I was there . There is a fantastic coffee shop owned by the same company which is directly across the street offering pastries breakfast sandwiches and other items that very good prices. And was one of our favorite places to grab breakfast each morning. If I were to come to the Boston area again I would definitely be choosing this hotel and staying here for a couple of weeks.

Had a great experience here overall. Had some issues with my room for the first day and a half which they did eventually resolve. The location is great and you'll be walking distance to everything the beach has to offer.Walkability: You can walk to everything

Generally a nice hotel. We stayed in a suite (2001) since we didn’t book in advance and it was the only room available on a Saturday night. It was originally quoted as over $700 for one night which is too high imo. We wound up paying $500 after taxes. You could still say that’s too high but we paid it so maybe they are smart !The suite was nice but there is an extremely loud air vent over the bed that sounds like a jet engine and you can’t turn it off. The front desk was indifferent to our complaint about it, though we didn’t ask for any kind of fix or refund. I would not stay in that suite again unless that vent is fixed.

This place is gross. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but ended up cancelling the second night. We stayed in Room 153 and found this. (pics attached ). Considering the amount (almost 1k$/for 2 nights) they're charging people you would think they could afford to replace this. It was also extremely noisy. Someone was banging and crashing in the hallway after midnight. It sounded like they were loading and unloading stuff and moving it somewhere. Plus no luggage carts and no valets to help. Parking is also a problem. Beds and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable Certainly not a luxury full service hotel and definitely not worth the price. This is my reply regarding your response to my review. Do you know that apologizing and saying you are going to fix the problem is not going to do you any good without action. I read some other customers similar complaints from months ago that never got rectified. That tells me that you just like to ignore the problem without fixing it. Do you really think after reading all the complaints and having to experienced it first hand that will make me come back to your place? You need to do something rather than just blowing people off and saying the same thing over and over.

We chose this hotel based on its location and value and were not disappointed. We stayed in one of the suite rooms and it was awesome. The room was huge and easily can support a large group of people. The hotel is located across from a wide expanse of beach. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The beach itself is quite nice and expansive. While there dining options near the hotel, be sure to check their hours of operation as many open only from Wednesday - Saturday. Some are within walking distance, but others are not. The hotel does not offer a on-premises breakfast or lunch dining option. My only caution if you plan to stay at this hotel is that sound can easily carry into a room, even normal hallway conversation can feel amplified. I noticed this was mentioned in several other Google reviews, but thought that maybe the reviewers might be overly sensitive to noise. Maybe not.I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay,

The location is perfect for a beach vacation. We booked two rooms for a week with our son and daughter-in-law and grandchildren. We were told that the elevator was not working and would be fixed as soon as possible. After seven days, the elevator was still not fixed ! Bringing bags to and from was quite difficult. Calling this hotel, a “ Resort “ is somewhat of a joke. Especially for the price ! No valet service or assistance to your room even when an elevator is non-operational was unacceptable. The sole person at the front desk could not leave to help. It is so understaffed there. It is ridiculous.Upon entering the rooms we noticed the room was not clean. There were stains on the comforters and hair all over the blankets that were on the beds. In one of the rooms, the bathroom door handle fell off immediately, the thermostat did not work, the telephone did not work, and the showerhead was broken. The door handle was fixed immediately and the rest of the issues were put in to be fixed, but it never happened. Several days our rooms were never cleaned. Even when requests were put in..bed linens were not changed and trash Stayed out in the hall many days, overnight with dirty, wet towels that other people had placed there. Justin,Si, and Nate at the front desk do a great job! At the height of the season having one person working, and expecting them to do everything as a little bit much. One of the best assets of this hotel is the shoreline restaurant, which is not even affiliated with the hotel it is privately owned. The food is outstanding! The owner Joe is often seen running back-and-forth helping guests as much as possible. This was witnessed on several occasions.I did bring all of this to the hotel managers attention. Both in an email and a telephone conversation it would be a shame to see a place like this not succeed.Food & drinks: Shoreline restaurant is outstanding!!!!Great bar and 5 star food!
