“Loved, loved, loved this place. A quaint little hotel with wonderful rooms and great staff. We stayed here and took the ferry to Boston for sightseeing and it was seamless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!Noteworthy details: Staying here is a great way to avoid the high hotel prices in Boston. Ferry is easy to take into the city and Hull is a great place to explore as well... We were there in the fall so it wasn't crazy busy.”

“Our first time experiencing Winthrop Arms after hearing about it for years and did not disappoint !! Our table was perfect and somewhat private so it was great atmosphere. Our food was so excellent everyone enjoyed & great portions !! Fred Flintstone prime rib lived up to its name. But best of all was our server Lois !! She's an absolute love ! So Hard working & so lovely - we will come back but only to sit in her section !! Thank you for making our friends Birthday celebration very special and memorable !! Can't wait to comeback !”

“My wife and I recently had our one year anniversary after getting married at the Red Lion Inn. It brought back memories of a perfect wedding put together by Krystel and a wonderful stay for our friends and family at the inn with Andrew. For our one year anniversary we stayed a night at the inn. We were immediately greeted by Andrew with the warmest welcome. We had dinner at the tavern where numerous people wished us a happy anniversary. We even got to enjoy live music in the cave with a special appearance by Andrew’s band! Our stay was just as lovely as we remembered it being. I cannot recommend the Red Lion Inn, Krystel, and Andrew enough.”

“As pet-friendly hotel you can take your pet with extra $100 charge. The hotel staffs were all greatly paying attentions to the guests and service quality are at very high level. But you can’t take your pets into the restaurant and you can’t leave the pet alone in the room so it’s difficult to have breakfast/dinner in the hotel restaurant if you accompanied with your pets. That’s the minis point.”

“A good hotel near the airport with breakfast included, I don't see it for a vacation but if you are connecting with another flight and spending the night, the majority of guests are stewards and pilots, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, Well soundproofed, blind-type curtains for light, clean common areas, vending machines and coffee 24 hours a day. gym, heated pool, free parking, varied buffet...well, €130 a night and it's pretty good, you won't be disappointed...”

“Best view of Boston's sky line! I stay here because the rooms are clean, the gym is great, and there is a restaurant onsite. It's super convenient if you're just flying in for a meeting or two. Great spot!”

“Great hotel for. Makes you feel like home. In my opinion the number one hotel in the area. Best place to stay if your looking for a get- a - way trip and cannot go very far. Provides the comfort of home with an outdoor fire pit for an added rustic feature.”

“Less flamboyant than a Moxy, yet less austere than a Courtyard. Great staff and the location is generally walkable. Self-parking would be a plus, but the valet is also convenient. If given the choice, city view preferred. Titanium members get a $20 breakfast credit, which surprisingly enough could work for two people.Walkability: 10 minute walk from lots of seafood restaurants etc on the piers”

“If you are an ihg club member and higher, you would feel loved and prestige if you stay here. This franchise/branch has exemplary staffs down from housekeeping especially to front desk. Wouldn’t have known this is an express. I as an silver elite got an upgrade with a hand written note, how sweet it is for the effort. The rooms, gym and breakfast area are so clean! Free parking. No shuttle service to the airport but they do have a taxi service that has a flat rate of $35 and is available 24/7. If i would go back in boston, i would stay again at this hotel.Rooms: So clean and smells good. They clean your room everyday too!Safety: Secured”

Furniture was in good condition and not lumpy, wobbly, or worn down.Food & drinks: The morning breakfast had a good selection and the hot could be taken to go.”

“A nice hotel. The staff is very helpful. The traffic in the area can be a problem. Easy connections to the Terminals by the connected walkways or their shuttle service, which runs every 15 minutes.”

“Extremely clean, very friendly, being in IHG member I was able to get a 2:00 p.m. late checkout which was sweet and much needed. In room Keurig coffee maker. I chatted with the housekeeper for a minute who is very kind. I actually forgot something in the room and the manager called me to tell me which . I think other places I stayed at the housekeeper would have just thrown it in the rubbish. I highly recommend this place!”

“This restaurant is located in the Courtyard by Marriott hotel at Logan Airport in Boston. Since we were staying there, we decided to try it. The menu doesn't have a big selection, but the food was very good. We ate there two nights out of the three nights we stayed at the hotel. The portions were large and very good.”

“Did a reservation in JANUARY… I get an email stating that they will be closing down shop starting July 15th… I got the email yesterday.. 10 DAYS BEFORE I LEAVE. Luckily, I didn’t put money in a room, i was going to pay there, BUT I would’ve LOVED to know way in advance before having to scramble to get another hotel at the same rate, which wasn’t doable because now it’s last minute and the end of July. I guess by judging by the reviews it was a blessing in disguise. Should’ve stayed a gym. Also, the hotel they “recommended” 1. Was on hold for 45 minutes. I get it to an extent because they probably have a lot of people calling them. BUT for them to say, “ we will call you in the morning, to discuss further” they never did. Also, the rate I had at this hotel was NOT guaranteed at this new location.Luckily, I found another hotel in Chelsea, and yes it was a bit more money, I just happy I don’t have to stress about what happened anymore…”

“Wow can’t stay here because all the immigrants have every room booked and the government is paying $400 dollars a day for them to be housed here. While at the same time you have homeless American people and families down the street living in tents in the cold.”

“I have stayed here several times and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is older but seems to be well maintained. It has decent soundproofing so noise levels are lower. “Not a lot bad to say here. Room, shower and bathroom was clean, staff was helpful and accommodating, bed was comfortable and breakfast was really good. Im looking for something negative to say but can't find immediately anything except they don't accept cash security deposit which complicated for me since my room was booked by a friend and i didn't have a card with me. But the staff was helpful and helped me solve the issue. An extra is they provide shuttle services to the airport.”

“Extremely good value for staying in the Boston area. Our room was a good size and was very clean. Much happier than if we paid $200+ (and additional fee for nightly parking) for a brand name in a more congested area. The beach is maybe 100 yards away and is not crowded at all. Deer Island is just down the road and is nice for hiking. Running along the beach is also very nice early in the morning. Winthrop is a very nice town. Many local places to eat, very friendly residents. Most are doing a very good job with Covid precautions. Note limited parking, but parking on street worked ok as ordinances don't seem to be enforced strictly.Orient Heights MBTA Blue Line station is a bit more than a mile away and has a large daily parking lot - very convenient for going in to Boston without taking the car.”

“Absolutely incredible service! Brad the Task Manager from Tampa was of top notch service resolving a check-in issue I had. He jumped on fixing the problem with so much positive attitude. His front desk manager also was extremely professional. I forgot her name but she was at the desk on Thursday evening December 14th. I can’t believe how professional and helpful both were. Thank you!Rooms: Rooms were clean with excellent HVAC temp control. Very comfortable!”

“The first night there, we had a bad room w no heat or air and problems in the bathroom; we talked to the staff that night and they tried their best to fix and accommodate us but the hotel was sold out. Thankfully the next morning the staff made sure to give us a different room , which was perfectly fine. We appreciated their efforts to get us into a better room and friendly demeanor. The hot breakfast was great and fully stocked ! And, like I said, the customer service was excellent. I would stay here again.”

“I was very happy with my stay. Clean spacious room, nice breakfast, hot water, extra blanket. It was a lot of cars in parking lot, but there was still couple of spots. It was a lot of people as well, but in a room it was very quiet, so nothing bothered me. There is also a pool, I didn’t go, but it seems to be very popular. If you traveling to Boston, I think it’s a good place to stay at. Prices are very friendly as well.”
