“I highly recommend Steve's Auto Body!!! I was referred to Steve's by Planet Subaru. They work closely with them between mechanical and body work. My car was rear ended after only having it for 6 months. Paul made sure my car was taken to the shop right away to cover up and prevent rain damage (due to my whole back window being shattered and interior exposed). Debbie was so kind every time I called and asked for the status. Never rude and always so kind. Even after they repaired my car. I had called with an issue (a result from the accident) that didn't involve body work. They let me drop the car off and took it to the dealership for me. They took amazing care of my car and me. Again, Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! It also helps that I can drop off my rental at the shop. One less headache to worry about. And of course, the car looked amazing at the end! I would give more stars if I could!!”

“Where do I start. I had 2 windshield go in one year. I didn’t realize Safelite was owned by most insurance companies and the few times I’ve used them the quality was not good at all. Had a side window go on 2 separate vehicles and when they were done it sounded like rice crispies when it went up and down. That being said I prefer to support local. Google search, great reviews, and I ended up here. Small company, great workmanship and the office even gave me their cell phone so we could text. I have ZERO complaints. When my glass goes again I already have their number in my phone.”

“First time at S&F.I have a hard time trusting new shops with my vehicle, haven’t had the best luck. Happy to report Joe did a fantastic job on an exterior detail. 90% swirl marks gone, paint looks best I’ve seen it since owning. Considering I have a black SUV, this was a tedious undertaking and a nice inclusion with the exterior detail (complete paint correction at S&F is offered in a separate package). I asked Joe to pay careful attention to the wheels (custom built) and this request was not lost on Joe. I only wish I signed up for an interior detail too, after seeing their work. Lastly, I’ll just add Joe is incredibly kind, patient explaining the task at hand, pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. Thank you S&F, great experience. Looking forward to next time.”

I met with the owner who was courteous and professional but I was a bit skeptical as his quote was over one thousand dollars lower than the other three local body shops that I went to.When I got my car back about two weeks later, the result far exceeded my expectation. “Hood exploded open while on the highway shattering my sunroof getting glass EVERYWHERE. This place repaired the sunroof AND cleaned every spec of glass for the cheapest I've seen anything repaired at an auto body shop in MA. Meeting them was a comfort during a very stressful event and they even spoke to the insurance company on my behalf which was HUGE mental relief. They got me a referral code from my insurance agent for a rental car & had it delivered to the same location before I even realized everything on my agenda for the day needed a backup plan. I would trust these people to do my tax's. I found my forever auto body shop for sure.”
