This store was so busy when I went in and the man at the counter was working alone. He did a great job attending to everyone's needs while taking phone calls and retrieving emails. The guy deserves a raise!

Manager is incredibly unhelpful and constantly trying to rip people off. I bring back Amazon returns that state bring in original packaging and he tries to sell me a box. I bring in a box that needs a piece of tape he tries to sell me a whole roll.

What a great store! I had a heap of Amazon returns, which the store makes no profit from, and they couldn't have been more accommodating, patient, and friendly. Even the other customers were nice!

If I could give it 0 start I would. Explain to the "Notary" and even the office in charge of the documents explan to him that everything was filled correct and it just needed the signature and he still denied to sign. Just a waste of time.

What a terrible location. I "shipped" my Xbox back to Microsoft for a refund and was handed the wrong label. The Xbox never made it, and now Microsoft won't issue a refund because of UPS's mistake. I will go out of my way to avoid UPS at all costs. The lack if accountability is unacceptable. Avoid UPS at all costs!
