Service dept was extremely helpful in getting my truck back on the road after I failed my safety inspection. They got the correct part and installed it that same day and I was on my way.

This place is trash went for a recall on my car I asked them to take a look at the car they said nothing about charging me anything go to pick up the car they want $180 I will never ever go back there

The service department was great, had an issue with my car while traveling. Brad did not make me any promises but they troubleshoot my issue in no time and fixed it as soon as they got the part. If I lived here I sure would buy a new vehicle from them in a second.

Mike and Paul are always a pleasure to work with. Mike always kept me updated with the location of our new vehicle from the factory right to the day it arrived at the dealer. There is no haggling, just straight forward prices and trade values. They go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied with both your new GMC and the overall buying experience. Fantastic dealer! Seriously the best ever. Salesperson Jeff Bonin and Sales Manager Paul helped us make a great deal on a 2024 HummerEV. There’s a great selection of new trucks of all kinds here. Professional and friendly; a clean and bright dealership. This was a great experience and highly recommend buying a car or truck here. If you need something specific, they can find it for you too. Moments after realizing I was dangerously close to being overdue for inspection, I turned off the highway in Hudson and noticed the sign outside Tuck’s Trucks GMC that said “We do inspections.” It was fate! Jim Boyle and the mechanics went above and beyond to accommodate and assist me. I can get a little worrisome with car stuff, but they generously offered their time to answer all my questions.

I had an excellent experience working with Tucks Trucks. The gentleman at the dealership were just that, gentleman!! Being from out of state, most of my transaction was done over the phone. Working with Rick and Paul was quite simple. We worked out a plan to make the purchase as easy as possible, so I could make one trip to the dealership. A few phone calls and e-mails got me all the information and paperwork needed to get the vehicle home, insured, and registered. Painless, easy, and transparent. I am very happy with their sevices.The day I picked up was fantastic. I felt comfortable at the dealership, as if I had known the staff as old friends. The vehicle was clean and ready. Signed a few papers, was given a few hats, and a special gift and I was off. Thank you to you guys at Tucks Trucks. I appreciate everything!!

Working with Randy, and Dave again was a real pleasure! They brought my truck immediately in, solved and fixed the crazy problem I was having with my two (RKE) transmitters, and I was on my way in minutes, after not being able to remotely open, start, or drive my truck down the road consistently for days.
