“They are pretty professional, including the front desk ladies and the mechanics. It's stunning to see a shop that has dedicatedly worked in this field for 50ish years!
The shop is lovely and everything is well organized. They are really helpful in contacting the Maffre insurance appraisal and total loss department.
The price for service is great, and the labor is detailed and clean.

“My wife ended up stranded in Acton with a dead battery, in desperate need of a jump start. Called around to various mechanics who (as it turns out) don't do roadside service related work, but Sawyer Auto recommended LGL Towing. Gave them a call and they were very friendly and responsive. They were busy and their tow trucks were occupied (a busy Monday morning during rush hour), but Gary (I assume it was the owner) was able to drive his personal truck over, arrive within about 15 minutes, and get us jump-started and on our way within about 30 seconds. “Elias & Maynor were awesome. I needed a car hauled from Natick to New Bedford and I called around. Most places couldn't do it for at least a day or two. Elias got Maynor to pick up my car in 40 minutes! Took it right down to New Bedford faster than I got down there lol. He put the car exactly where I needed it. All for about half of what everyone else was charging. Call NO ONE else. These guys are the BEST.”

I was told by another local mechanic that I needed a ton of work done, but I had had some of the same work done recently and brought my car to Castro for a second opinion. They told me what I actually needed, charged me way less than I was quoted for the same work from multiple other places. They were able to get me in the day after I called, and finished the work within a few hours. They were very communicative the whole time, and also very friendly and easy to talk with.”
