I kind of had a mediocre experience today. The person cutting my hair today was new, and I didn’t know that until the end of my haircut, I would’ve probably explained a little bit more in depth what I wanted. It was strange to face away from the mirror the entire hair cut. I had an upcharge of $10 because they used a foil shaver on my neck. I didn’t ask for that and I Never have paid for that in the past? It also wasn’t in my notes, so I’m not sure why it was used. I wish I knew ahead of time that it was going to be an upcharge. After asking about the charge, the lady at the front told me that’s how they’ve been charging it for over a year. I was obviously uncomfortable and didn’t want the new person to get in trouble. So I just paid, and tipped accordingly. The person did do a decent job on the haircut, after coming home and showering i saw some mistakes. No biggie it’s hair and grows back. but I wasn’t offered an MVP or a wash, which is why I come into a Sportclips and after tip my haircut was $45. Just not what I expected today.

I have gone to Sports Clips on many occasions and specifically requested the services of Paula who I believe is the manager. She is professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable and does a tremendous job. I have received many compliments on Paula’s work and highly recommend her to many others. She should be recognized for her work and her commitment to her profession.

I have used Sport Clips for years while living in New Jersey and wanted to keep using them when I moved back to Massachusetts. I am lucky enough to have this location in Hudson close enough to make the trip.What a wonderful staff! Very friendly, ultra-professional and very talented! They cut my hair exactly how I wanted it while making me feel right at home! Love this place and will only be using them going forward!

First of all you can’t beat the option of checking in online. The app gives you an idea of the wait which allows you to get a place in line run a few errands while you wait and then get your haircut. Staff is very welcoming and work hard to give you the best service. All of the stylists are skilled and I’ve never received a cut I wasn’t satisfied with. Atmosphere with televisions and games on to watch an added bonus. Love the MVP service.

Today I visited the Sport Clips shop in Berlin/Hudson for the first time. My barber of many years retired last year. Since then I have been stopping into random barber shops where I live in Clinton, Ma. I am retired from thirty three years in the Ma. Department of Corrections. I now have a part-time job driving a van for the Clinton Council on Aging. One day I brought some passengers to the Highland Commons Mall and I noticed the Sport Clips location. I was very pleased with my visit. Philippa was professional, informative, and very good at what she does.I will be back!

I been customer of sport clips for about 5 years now. The last 3 years in particular been customer in the Berlin-Hudson. The service has been fantastic. I highly recommend them.Service: Haircut

Horrible wait and service. I was 3 in-line online with a 10 minute wait. As soon as I sit down it changed to 30, then 60. I wasted an hour in the store for a horrible haircut from Donna who was rude. Won’t be going back
