My car broke down today and I went in to ask for help. When I approached the cashiers at the front and asked them, three of them stared blankly at me and said nothing. Then the older woman repeats what I asked to a younger man beside her and he goes to ask his manager for any support, to which she seems to mockingly scoff at. While I spot the younger man asking the manager for help, she looks me dead in the eyes while approaching the front and flatly and rather rudely says, "No. Where is she? Oh, no." And they all continue to stare at me as if I had three heads. There was one kind man who offered to help, this review is no reflection on him. A training in manners would help. Absolutely tragic skills in courtesy and friendliness. Even if the answer was no (which it was anyway), there were a million better ways to deliver it. Wouldn't shop here.

Ordered this on door dash for same delivery My box of rice was full of dead and alive bugs. I called the manager she offered me a refund only and said she’s going to remove all the other boxes on the shelves. I actually am petrified with bugs, I don’t even want the refund the manager didn’t seem to give af it’s not about my refund It’s about peoples health at risk. This is disgusting and the reviews terrified even more I threw away the full order. I’d never shop again, there’s obviously bugs on the shelves and the date was not expired *check pics *

I have to give the store a 1 star simply because of the amount of expired foods they sell. We often do pickup and I have gotten so many expired items at this point that we always have refunds we need to request. It’s just a regular occurrence. We are very close to not shopping here at all anymore. I recently have received a 6 month expired ketchup, 2 bags of rice I need to throw out (one was completely expired and one had moths in it that we discovered after opening). And that is just the most recent. It’s a shame because we only have so many options for groceries and we appreciate the pickup capability, but this store has to stop selling expired goods. Hopefully enough of this reviews will prompt some action.

The manger Jessica Is a liar she made me wait 15 minutes with a cane at cumstr service she wouldn't come to me so I call the store and she answered acting like it wasn't her very bad customer service would not be go back every again

I'm not trying to tell you don't buy pre-cooked food from here but just don't. I can't even begin to explain the low quality of product I was served from here from old stale chicken to tasteless cinnamon rolls. What are we doing I'm so disappointed I can't even find more energy to complain.

The layout/organization is nonsensical, and they charge ELEVEN BUCKS for a twelve-pack of soda. ELEVEN BUCKS. Every brand, every day. Go ahead and check five other stores; I'll wait.

The staff here definitely needs training in customer service/compliance. Went in today to buy NyQuil with my mom for my husband because he is sick. Was told I needed an ID for the NyQuil. I didn’t have my purse with me. Then she asked my mom if she had hers (sensed a bit of an unnecessary attitude) but no problem I left. I happen to find my USA Passport in my car and went back in.Then the staff at cashier 4 announced “oh hey look, they’re back” which caused the other two behind her to laugh. I never knew it was funny to buy cough medicine with my mom. This confirmed to me they were judging my mother and I after we left. The way she was speaking towards us it seemed like either they were making fun of the thought that we might have been undocumented or we were going to use the cough medicine for something else.It’s no one’s business why I forgot/didn’t have my ID on me, nor is it anyone’s business what I buy. A cashiers job is to ring us up, not judge my family and I! Very unprofessional.

I visited last weekend and the ambiance was amazing! Fresh produce right as you walk in as well as many other food options as you make your way through the store. And don't even get me started on the service, there where associates all over the place helping people including me finding products as well as the people at the front end being very helpful and well trained! Keep it up Shaws Hudson.
