This is your Average Michaels store. They have a great variety of hobby products and the service is ok. The store is clean, well lit, and organized. Lots of parking!

This location is open but handling social distancing very poorly. There is no limiting entry, and on this Sunday afternoon the store is crowded with its narrow aisles. Curbside pickup is no longer supported, even though the website allows it. The curbside sign directs you to call a number and wind through a phone tree only to be sent inside, walk all the way to the back corner, press a button and wait forever for a clerk to hand you a bag without wearing gloves.

I bought one item online and the website said if I order before 3 it will be ready before the end of the day. I waited 3 hours and went to the store an hour before it closed. I called the store and they told me that it will not be ready till tomorrow between 6 and 10:00pm. Even thought I ordered an hour before the limit to get it before the end of the day. And it was just one small item! Very difficult and unfortunate. This should not have happened.

I love this Michael's! They always have everything I need and stuff I probably shouldn't have put into my cart. Dang coupons! Everything is always nice and tidy in the store.

This store has everything you need for projects or seasonal home decorating, and so many ideas for the next project! Everything is well organized and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a great range of supplies for budget/kid friendly projects and for adults looking for high quality materials. There are other Michael's locations closer to our home but this one is worth the few extra miles. We will definitely be back soon!

When Michaels opened up last year right near my house, I was astounded with their new store, and throughout all of the other Michaels locations I have visited, haven't been able to compare the overly amazing Westwood Michaels with any other, but yet I have found a match. I have only visited this new and upcoming shopping center twice and am unsure exactly when this Michaels opened, but boy, it's so large, new and spectacular! And needed, there wasn't ONE art store throughout the Hudson / Marlborough area until this place opened. Every time I was in the area, there wouldn't be any store to get all the art stuff I would be looking for, and finally there is! And this Michaels is the only one I've found that is comparable to the amazing one near my house. It's huge and provides such a wonderful atmosphere and ability to provide customers who shop at this specific location with the most inventory. Cement flooring and very organized in total. Staff are friendly and the best thing are those coupons that are never nonexistent! I actually feel guilty not using a coupon at Michaels... I only normally buy one thing (and would suggest it to others) here, and come back so frequently so that I ultimately get everything I need for 50 or 60% off! Make sure to never come to this store without a printed coupon or smartphone to use an online coupon.... paying full price for anything in this store is absurd! Large parking lot, and generally, not a busy store. 5 stars for the Hudson Michaels.

Recently visited the framing department with a 1927 photograph of my parents' wedding. Dani, the associate, knew the sentimental value of the picture and assured me that it was in good hands. With her guidance a frame was chosen. The finished product is beyond my expectations. Dani's professionalism,
knowledge, and artistic eye produced an exceptional piece that I will cherish for many years.
