Went in for cabinet hardware. After asking for help we were directed toward a 'Kevin' for help at the front desk. Kevin proceeded to laugh and tell my wife and I that they don't sell hardware, that's the other half of the store's problem, like he was offended that we even asked. So now we're directed back to the kitchen section and told that because we don't have an appointment they can't order the 8 pulls we wanted.Rude, dismissive, and arrogant employees. Save your time and don't give your money to these clowns

They dont return any phone calls here. Lady at counter completely disinterested in doing her job to any degree.

My neighbor lumber yard who delivered to me just a small amount of quality lumber for the DIY swing. I'll ask them whenever I need lumber.I also met with Scott in their kitchen showroom and he helped me a lot to make our kitchen reno project plan clear. I do hope I can figure out the problem on my side and go forward with it.
