Used to go here and like it but I can’t even schedule an appointment here without having to go thru a hassle first. Asking me to call my provider and ask them for a insurance referral and bunch of other things that a lot of other well respected PTs are not asking for.

Been here for two injuries over the last 3 years. While each therapist you might work with is different, they all provide the same level of professional care.In addition to your therapist, there are assistants to help you during your session.Front desk staff is super friendly! No other way to put it!!The office can get pretty busy but it does NOT impact your session.I pretty consistently arrive late (latest is 15 minutes I think) and the entire office is accommodating

Great people, Great facility, nothing but praise from my surgeon’s PA after visiting for a post op checkup.! I will definitely see them in the future if I need other orthopedic surgery. Kudos to Barbara, Kiley, Hillarie, Jack, and Casey(KC) love them all

Very rude over the phone. It felt like they are doing you a favor by even entertaining your call. I work here in Hudson and wanted to support a local business, but man was the desk person so rude.
