“I went in to buy a new mesh Wi-Fi network and take advantage of the Recycle & Save discount with my old device. When I walked in I was greeted, asked what I needed and directed to an associate who helped me find the new product I had researched online. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes with exactly what I wanted and super customer service. I'm a believer in supporting brick and mortar retail and this store hasn't let me down yet.”

One phone was free!), moving our info from our old phone to the new phone, etc. They were totally honest - telling us the truth about what would work and what wouldn't - to our benefit only, not necessarily to theirs or T-Mobile's. Highly recommend!”

“Love this 7-Eleven/Dunkin' donuts.Although they are open 24 hours ...there was a sign in the window saying due to staffing shortage, the store will be closed 11pm to 4am daily. Hopefully they'll find staffing soon”

“My only issue with this store is that their milk goes sour fairly quickly. They likely don't keep it cold enough. Their OJ is a bit expensive too. Great deals on my favorite iced tea and easy to run across the street when I'm craving ice cream at 10pm. Great little convenience store. Owners are super friendly and checkout goes really quickly. The reviews saying they "don't speak English" are silly. The owners simply have accents and talk to each other in their native language. Not at all an issue. As for the fearsome "cast of characters" that spend time around the store? If you're afraid of folks standing at a counter scratching off lottery tickets or sitting on the curb drinking soda and talking, you should probably move down to the Hamptons.”

“As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”

“On 7/15/24 I brought my iPad into the Verizon Store on Technology Dr. in Hudson MA. Three days prior my iPad had lost its cellular connection. I had the good fortune of having Michael assist me. He spent quite a bit of time trying to resolve the problem on his own, with assistance from another employee and with tech support over the phone. Additionally he was able to help other customers while working on my issue. We were getting to the point that I was going to have to go to the Apple Store and determine if it was a hardware vs a network issue. One last attempt and success was achieved! He could have thrown up his hands at any point but didn’t. Verizon is lucky to have Michael (sorry I don’t remember his last name) as an employee. When it’s time to upgrade I will definitely return to this Verizon store. Thank you Michael and thank you Verizon,”
