This Chevy dealership is the real McCoy in every sense of the manner. I am impressed with the wide selection of particular models that each have a great combination of options which appeals to all categories of buyer types. Online website is great with up front prices and various buyer incentives as well as financing and leasing options. I was able to make an appointment with a salesman the day before on their website thru the online chat help option, it was simple and convenient. I test drove vehicle and decided to buy. My salesman was professional, informative, and helpful ever step of the way. Ben is an outstanding young man who did a great job and I was comfortable and enjoyed working with Ben Librandi. I would like to thank Joe Mazzapica for help with advice on financing options and getting me swiftly approved. I think the service department is great and Service Advisor Matt Mastrogiacomo really has an excellent handle on everything which gives me the confidence that my vehicle will be properly taken care of when serviced. Copeland Chevy delivered the new Truck as promised in one day, that is fantastic and I'm a very happy satisfied customer. Thank you everyone at Copeland Chevy.

Nice sales man Tom D . But will not negotiate on price. This is not good. It is a red flag. Sad I loved the car 2024 Chevy trailblazer.

I purchased a used car this summer 2024. Tom was a great sales man who went above and beyond to accommodate with my schedule. The process of purchasing my vehicle went smooth. Given my situation, I was flying out of the country and they were able to have all paperwork the same day. Therefore, I was out the door with my car and everything was all set.
I would recommend them because they are understanding and put you first.
It took me some time to write this review. I have to say after 2 months or so of having the car, nothing has failed. It was worth the price.

We went to go check out a car they had, we bought it the same day. We might not have gotten it if it wasn’t for Brian. His professionalism and hospitality was unmatched by any other salesman we had worked with. The whole dealership had a welcoming feeling, and prices were very fair. 10/10 would go again.

Ross was awesome in helping me buy my first car! As an 18 year old, I was pretty nervous and didn’t know much about the process. Ross was super patient and explained everything clearly. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Thanks to him, I got a great car that’s perfect for me. I bought a used Chevy truck I Love and brought my father in law there and he bought a used Colorado. The salesman Ross was great with no pressure and very helpful. I couldn't ask for a better buying experience. I hate car dealerships and will keep recommending Ross and Copeland Chevy.
