I'm genuinely impressed by what this dollar tree has, mainly for only $1.25. They have very cute fall decor that's so well priced. The woman on checkout, Tammy, seemed to have gotten quite busy but remained kind and patient and did a great job! Hopefully this will brighten her day just a bit ?

Dollar Tree at Berlin is very huge ,clean, well organized store . It has all necessary things you want it. Once you go there for shopping, you won't come out disappointed, but satisfied. The store has multiple items that you can buy from durable dishes, stainless steel silverware, knives, Party supplies,stationery items etc., Highly recommend!

The store itself is fine better than the one down the road HOWEVER, the ASSistant manager Ana is a JOKE. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED IF I HAD TO CALL HER MY ASSISTANT MANAGER. She had the nerve to go back and forth with me about whether or not DOLLAR TREE loads Green Dot cards because she is so obviously not trained in her store or in customer service for that matter that she doesn't know what she's doing....with that being said not ONLY did she give her poor cashier a dirty look when the cashier called her up for help with the green dot card because she also didn't know what she was doing either but she after arguing with me trying to figure it out herself I asked if she could call her manager to get help she said NO and TOSSED my money back at me and proceeded to take the next customer without saying anything to me...absolutely the WORST ASSistant manager I have ever come across in my entire shopping life and I'm not even exaggerating the only reason why I went back there was because I was on my break and that is the closest place to load my card. Upon speaking with the manager who didn't seem all that bright herself she was more pleasant for the most part but didn't seem to have any customer service skills herself at least she CALLED someone for help. What is up with these companies hiring people who do not know how to treat other people in general never mind lacking customer service skills working with the public but ALSO, having absolutely sh*t personalities. It's disgusting how these companies regardless of how much their merchandise is think that it's okay to hire low class people who don't even care about themselves let alone care about their customers. I'm sorry honey but if it wasn't for me doing my Green Dot card loads and purchasing your items you would not have a job...a little appreciation goes a long way people. Tighten up. I will be sending an email to Anna's regional and district managers as well as HR that's how disgusted I am by her nasty attitude towards not only myself but her employee even. Hopefully a little extended unpaid vacation will help her put things in perspective. I find it hard to believe that I am the only one that has had such a horrible interaction with that woman she is clearly miserable. I digress...finally ?

The lady at the check- out was super nice & friendly. This store had a large selection of everything. It's no - longer a dollar on everything. There a few things a dollar in the store, like candy ? bars. 50 cents for Hallmark Greeting cards & $1.00 Hallmark Greeting cards, Thank goodness ? they still have those essential items, uf they got rid - off them ,then truly you'd can't call it a dollar store. Nice clean , bright store. Its fairly a brand new Dollar Tree ?, it was formally a( Party City) which went out of Business a few years pior ro Covid-19 ? happening. The had a (Yoohoo in a Glass bottles) I got 2.

The store is clean and organized and, contrary to these other reviews, there is nothing wrong with requiring masks in a pandemic.

Like the other reviews here I'm not the happiest about the mask requirements here. I avoid stores like this now. I understand that it's to the discretion of the company for what they require; but, it's one of the few stores that still require for everyone.

I have used the dollar tree store in Highland Commons for delivery of online purchases and shopped in store as well. On 11/5 I needed multiple gift cards , 50 total, to be used as prizes for a decorating contest, we ordered 4 cases of DT pumpkins. I told the store associate, Dillon(sorry if I am not spelling your name correctly). Dillon didn't bat an eye. Took me up front,rang in each card one by one, stacked the receipts and cards neatly.Dillon was pleasant during the entire transaction even apologized for having to ring them up one at a time.I just want DT to know what a gem you have. Thanks to Aura as well for ringing the other customers up while Dillon was helping me. I only wish I could show you pictures of the Happy prizes winners. Thanks again!

The store is new and organized, and the value is great, but requiring masks for vaccinated people just makes me go elsewhere.

Store is seriously looking for a lawsuit to happen or something! Cashier is rude not saying names but dont yell at customers to wear a mask ask if they have one first then if they say no then say you cant enter without a mask not rudely tell them to put a mask on!!
