"Sorry there is no manager" when asking to see manager in the pharmacy

Terrible, just terrible, service. Can't stress that enough.

Seems things are improving here, after a severely understaffed and poorly managed year for the pharmacy. The drive thru pick up is back open. It's still impossible to call and get a human but at least they now have a secured voicemail system in place and they actually call you back within a couple hours.
