I recently purchased a used car from Colonial Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Hudson, MA. I live on the other side of the country from Colonial Dodge, so experiencing reliable, fast, and accurate communication, honest information, and ongoing updates were critical for me. Michael Sparks and Kirk Schroll in sales came through with flying colors. I had the car shipped across country, and Kirk handled the coordination with the car carrier company to be sure my car was on its way. Shamus in finance took care of the financial details, and Julia in administration provided delightful front-line customer service. I can highly recommend Colonial Dodge. Soo... I bought a new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 4xe. Unfortunately, there were several issues with it that were on the manufacturer's end. Nothing major, but a real pain in the butt. This is the 3rd Jeep in 4 years that we have purchased from the dealership and I could not be more impressed with how the GM (Michael) handled things. He was understanding, empathetic and professional throughout the entire process and really took great care of me and did all the he could to get the problems resolved. Based on how he handled things, we will be customers for life. Thank you Michael!!!

Edit: 1.5 months later we still never heard back from here regarding the brakes that were back ordered. Things they allegedly fixed and were paid to take care of months ago are now turning up to be issues again.
Very unhappy with the service department. I’ve brought our car here several times over the past three years for service. I made an appointment ~3 weeks in advance for new brakes and when we brought it to be serviced I was informed after they had the car for a day that they were missing the parts for the rear brakes. We paid for the work that was completed on the front brakes and left with the car and an appointment for a week later when the parts would be in stock. Now, a week later, the parts are still not in stock and it’s been a month since this appointment has been on the books. I am now trying to hunt down the parts myself and am not getting great communication from the service or parts departments here. I called the Jeep dealership in the next town over to see if they would be able to help.
Unfortunately, they do not have the part either but said if they had a week’s notice this would’ve all been done and figured out on their end.
I’m overall frustrated and disappointed in the lack of communication and initiative from here and will be going elsewhere from now on.

Service has gone way downhill the last couple years. I was quoted $900 to repair one break assembly. $ 120 part.
I was quoted $500 to replace a broken ABS sensor. $40 part.
I was quoted $500 to replace my 4x4 differential fluid. Yes these are all real quotes. Do not take your car here for repair
