I went to this bank to fix a small problem. All I wanted to do was reopen my savings account. And the front desk lady was super nice but the women in the office was talking to this man about LIFE! And I was there for over 15 minutes just hearing them talk about their life and they were laughing and didn’t care about me waiting there. So terrible attention and will not be back.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this bank. I had fallen behind on my car payments due to medical reasons and needed to make a large payment in cash to release my car from repossession. Following the instructions given by a Citizens Bank agent from the repossession department, I went to the branch to make the payment.
From the outset, the teller was indiscreet and made my private business known to everyone in the bank. After some confusion and delay, the teller eventually called the branch manager named Robin Denio to assist. Unfortunately, Robin was extremely unhelpful and rude. Despite my frustration and clear instructions from the repossession department, Robin insisted that they couldn't take my payment and refused to reach out to anyone on her team for guidance. She spoke to me condescendingly, which only added to my distress.
After a tense exchange, Robin finally decided to chat with an agent from the repossession or auto loans department. It turned out that she could indeed accept my cash payment, just as I had been directed. Despite this realization, Robin did not apologize and simply said "good luck" as my payment was processed. Her lack of professionalism and empathy was appalling.
I hope that my experience will lead to better training for staff so that others in similar situations are treated with the respect and competence they deserve. Robin, I trust karma will address the way you treated me.

It was a horrible experience. I have a business account, and I regret opening it with this bank. I have requested copies of the items that were deposited into my checking account, and now I am unable to get what I need.
I needed help from customer service. I called their research department as directed but was waiting for over an hour on hold. I called customer service again, and my call was transferred to the bank. A lady called Robin (branch manager) asked me to wait or go to the branch.
I have been waiting for a resolution to this issue for a couple of weeks now, with no clear indication of when, or even if, it will be fulfilled. I urgently need this matter to be resolved.
BE CAREFUL !!!

Not great. They seem to only have 1 teller available no matter when you go. Waiting in line for something I can’t use the ATM for is absolutely painful

Do not use the Hudson branch. If you need help go to the Marlborough branch. The branch manager in Hudson, Mayra, is inhuman and lacks any understanding or compassion. As soon as I got into the room with her seeking help for fraud and identity theft she was cold, callous, and you could tell right away she was going to do nothing to help. In fact, she escalated the situation and made it worse for us. Fortunately, the Marlborough branch did what needed to be done and they were extremely helpful. AVOID HUDSON BRANCH AT ALL COSTS.

You really need to update your hours! Google says you're open til 6pm when you're branch says you're open til 4pm. People use google a lot to check when places are open or closed. It would be nice if you updated that. I can't wait til I change banks.

A one stop full service bank...? ? designed to help local merchants within the plaza get proper change to reload their registers...Bank tellers that are courteous and respectful are the ones that account for good taste
