“I like that it is automated and you can use it later at night. I think that a touch less was can be good to minimize scratches, but it only removes 90-95% of the insects and dirt. Seeing that, I regretted adding sealant because now I feel that that dirt and grime is bound to my car.”

“Amazing! My daughter’s 2014 Corolla had horrible stains on all of its beige upholstery.
The worst was on the passenger front seat, where some wax candles had melted in the hot sun, several years ago. She’d tried to get it cleaned at several places where she lives, with no success. I tried checking a couple of detail places locally, but no one thought they could succeed.
When I checked at Valet Pro, they said they could do it - no problem. I brought the car in the next day, and the stains are gone! They did the whole interior and trunk - carpets, windows, dashboard, etc.
It’s superb. Money extremely well spent.”

“The self serve washing bays don’t take credit cards, they only take 5’s, 1’s, or quarters. Otherwise, it’s fine. They charge $1/minute BUT the machine requires that you insert at least $4 first (this gives you 4 minutes).
I recently spent a total of $18 washing my car and spraying the underbody:
- $5 4 minutes high pressure soap (including spraying underneath), 1 minute foaming brush
- After foaming brush I wash my car with a mitt
- $4 3 minutes high pressure soap, 1 minute foaming brush (it was a hot summer day and my car was drying halfway through)
- Continue washing my car with the mitt
- $5 high pressure rinse (including spraying underneath
- $4 high pressure rinse (I felt like I needed a bit more time to cover my wheel wells and the door seams where soap always get trapped)”

“"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”

“It’s not perfect, but definitely good enough in a pinch. $22 for the ultra wash using the soft touch bay on the far right got my SUV 85% clean. From other reviews it sounds like the no touch bays could be less effective.Same thing for drying - around 85% dry given it’s a quick shot of high pressure air before you exit. If you have wider than normal wheels, this place is good because you don’t have the automated tracks like other places.$1.50 for 7 minutes to vacuum is decent. Whenever I’m in the area for youth soccer or hockey, I use this car wash. Fuss free and easy to use.”
“Love this place. Getting a car wash is pretty expensive now A days and this one is also however to me it’s worth every penny. I believe it ranges from $14-$20. I only use the touch less so I can’t speak about the other one. The touchless one does a very good job and is detailed and powerful. It’s never crazy busy there so typically you can get right in. But not when you leave washco car wash shines better than the day we bought her”
