Oh no! I forgot to pickup my dry cleaning, they are closed today and I fly out tomorrow!! This was the situation in our house. It created an even more stressful situation given the entire airline troubles with the Crowdstrike outage. I sent a note using Messenger. I didn't expect they would be willing to come to the store and help me, but I am a big believer in if you don't ask, you don't get. Not only did they respond within two minutes, they were more than happy to drop by the store and remove a layer of stress. I know they are not always going to be available to address this type of situation. In this case, they were and I am super grateful. Thank you so much.

I enjoy their work, although I do not appreciate how they treat their employees. And for that I am giving them 1 star and taking my business elsewhere. They are disrespectful and rude to their employees. They should have more regards and respect to the people that work for them.

We have always used Brite Kleen for 20+ years at both locations, including when they were in Bolton and the main store in Hudson. Once again I had a wonderful experience today in Hudson. There was a mix up in some tailoring and dry cleaning and the owner could not have been nicer. He apologized numerous times and promised to have the item fixed in time for a wedding next weekend. Both owners have always been friendly and accommodating. I can not say enough about their business!Services: Organic dry cleaning

Great, Great Cleaners. They are best in Hudson and surrounding towns. They are so professional and always on time, most of all very affordable.. Employees are all knowledgeable about there dry cleaning. Also they kind, polite, and fast.. check out the tailor.. They 2 are great and affordable. Also they are rite there in same building it's a win win..

The staff of adorable, Brazilian women could not be nicer ( though some of them look like kids ! ). The seamstress did a terrific job making some repairs on a Barbour jacket, for a great price. My one issue is that the store is stiflingly-hot during the Summer. It appears that it does have air conditioning, and I can't help but suspect the the owner is too cheap to fix/run it. It really bothers me to see hard-working, immigrants subjected to such bad working conditions in 2019.

These guys are the worst. Twice in a row they tried to give me back my black suit covered top to bottom in some kind of very noticeable white lint. I wasn't interested in sending it through for a third recleaning so I asked for the manager to figure out what was going on. He said the lint was "normal" and that the suit was "clean." I asked for a refund and he refused and handed me a "free" lint roller. Tried going to the Stow location, but it turns out that they send their suits to Hudson to be cleaned, and again it came back covered in lint. Needing to use a lint roller on your suit because it's covered in lint and looks worse than it did when you sent it in is not "normal" by any stretch. It didn't even look dirty when I sent it in but I had worn it and wanted it cleaned. I'd rather pay an extra couple bucks for a company that knows what they're doing. Won't be going back.
