Fantastic team with great knowledge of what vitamins and or supplements will assist you in healing your ailment. Never fails that when my family is struggling with a cold, flu, covid or any other ailment, Basha and her team help us get on a vitamin regimen to help heal our bodies. I've been going to Basha's since 1985. You get the personal touch that you deserve and wisdom that helps you keep your body healthy. My mom was having difficulties seeing out of her right eye and Basha gave her a vitamin to support eye care and praise the Lord, it worked. She was able to see well enough to get her driver's license renewed. Don't mess around with the large chain stores, please go to Bashas and receive the best personal touch.

I had a very poor experience in this store. Both the owner and clerk were absolutely rude in response to my compliments and a simple question I asked. No customer service. Potential customers should know this is not the only nutritional shop around. I have had a totally different experience at an excellent store in Concord.

Not good customer service. I just gave a compliment to the two ladies working and said that I love this business and Basha, the owner, proceeded to give me a hard time within the same minute because I took a picture before she had a chance to tell me not to.I wanted to go home and do research before purchasing a product. Basha, politeness goes a long way!

I've been coming to Basha's for 20+ years She's very knowledgeable of health and alternative supplements She's supported many different health challenges I faced including a tick borne illness, cancer and sinusitis Basha and her staff are very understanding, empathetic and really care about their customers. She's helped me build good habits such as taking probiotics during and following antibiotic treatment and keeping my immune system strong

Basha's is Amazing! The BEST HOLISTIC health store I've ever been to and the BEST service. I was diagnosed with a gut infection call C diff which I got from taking an antibiotic for a mouth infection and the only way to cure the infection in my gut was to take more antibiotics!! After a month of trying to treat the c diff I now had no healthy bacteria left and I was so depressed and scared I was going to have diarrhea and stomach issues for the rest of my life. But then I found BASHA's and she literally saved me. She has everything you need and so knowledgeable about all health issues and how to holistically treat them. Her advise was spot on. Even the doctors I saw including the CDC didn't have a clue. I highly recommend BASHA's for all your health needs, Diane is extremely knowledgeable as well. And the atmosphere is so friendly!
