I had a great experience on boarding at ATC fitness. Coach Leo is excellent at what he does and explains everything in a way that is very accessible to beginner lifters. I can't wait to start my program here!

I've been a client for a little under a year now at this point. I'm a big fan of Leo's professionalism and clear enthusiasm for not just fitness but overall body and life wellness. He has always provided clear communication and background to his customized gym routines to make me (the client) understand why they are part of the plan. He also provides tracker sheets so that you can track progress and work towards goals.I've been to other gyms before and have my own in the house, but being on a customized program has made me feel accountable to actually show up and do the workout. I'm a big fan of that.Just the other day when doing a 7 mile ~2500ft vert hike, which was always something I could do, it felt *easy* this time. Like I could do it twice. Consider me a long term subscriber to the ATC program at this point.

ATC is the best gym ever! The facility has been always clean, even before the Covid 19 pandemic. The equipment here is diverse for powerlifting, olympic lifting, strength training, cardio performance, you name it. Leo’s coaching is outstanding. His knowledge is incredible and his personality is amazing. Leo will listen to your need and guide you to long term success. His training is scientifically based and focused on overall health and longevity. As a powerlifter, I’ve learned so much from him. I no longer experience pain from powerlifting since training with him. Thank you, Leo for helping me improve not just in strength training but also in endurance.

I've been training with Leo for over 3 years and it's been one of my most transformative decisions. We started with building foundational fitness and since then have worked through dozens of different programs, each one tailored to my goals at the time. I've achieved a double body weight deadlift, lost 17 pounds during a weight loss focused program while maintaining strength, and am now exploring technically demanding olympic lifts.This flexibility along with the accountability Leo provides is why I place a lot of value in his service. Additionally, the gym is clean and well kept, I never need to wait for other clients to free up equipment, and Leo's longevity focused programming philosophy and attention to form has kept me free from injury.I highly recommend Leo's training for people who have specific fitness goals in mind, want to supplement their current active lifestyles, or just generally want to "get in shape and stay in shape" using a safe and long term focused approach.

Leo is a very thoughtful, well spoken, and experienced coach. His facility is bright, spacious, clean, extremely well ventilated, and very well equipped. I've trained here for years - it is part of my daily routine three times a week. Show up, follow his instructions, leave. Simple! His approach to functional strength training allows me to maintain youthful flexibility, strength, and aerobic capacity without torturing myself. Some of it is delightfully counter-intuitive, but it all works! I gave him five stars only because Google will not let me give him five thousand.

Leo, I want to say Thank You for your guidance. You steered me towards Zone II training and one hard effort/ride per week. I have been following that guidance during the summer. My body feels much better vs. past seasons. In the past I took each ride as a race. At this point into the summer I would have discomfort in my hamstrings and knees. I realize it was due to over training. So Thank You again! Best regards Jim

Hit 211 on the scale today. A “new” low for me since starting at ATC. This is the type of encouragement that keeps me motivated to press on to the next fast, the next lift, the next good dietary decision.

After recovering from a catastrophic ankle injury/surgery, I decided to rebuild strength at ATC. Leo takes great care, communicating with my PT, to develop programs that are personalized to my specific abilities, limitations and goals. I’m getting strong! Thanks!

I trained with Leo for 2 years until I moved. I miss his personal approach, intelligence, wit, and great training guidance.Every time I ride, hike, walk, run, cut down trees, I realize how much better I can do it because of the focused, personalized training program and gentle, effective encouragement Leo provided. “Thank you” is barely enough.
