I love the idea of organic eggs from a farm that let's their chickens roam around and enjoy life but, they seem to have the most delicate yokes of any eggs I have ever cooked. Maybe it's me, but I am very gentle and make an effort not to break the yoke. It's frustrating that they seem to break just by looking at them.
