My first visit here to this magical hidden gem! I was delighted to find the holiday shop in full swing. This girl loves some Christmas! The decor was inspiring and absolutely beautiful. They know how to use their space and take advantage of every inch, without being cluttered or tacky. There is so much to see in the main room that I walked around twice. Several full size trees were decorated with different themes. Ornaments galore to suit anybody's taste. Then, I headed to the greenhouse. First, though, I had to pass thru a magical room filled with an array of lighted, sparkling snow globes! Magical. The next room was wall to all swags and wreaths - all shapes and sizes. Finally, I reached the greenhouse, which did not disappoint. It was much less about Christmas, but filled with beautiful plants, succulents and other garden delights and decor. The staff was friendly, greeting me warmly and answering questions freely. There was even a nice pair of restrooms available. I purchased a small trinket for a gift and the checkout was pleasant. They have a rewards program, which was explained briefly and I was registered in no time. Instantly, I had coupons in hand for future visits. My gift was lovingly wrapped and bagged. I lingered outdoors to enjoy some tastefully arranged decorations and a small collection of live trees. The outdoor area was largely unused in this post-growing season visit, but I could easily imagine how lovely it must be in spring and summer! I'll be back to find out!

Rude people on the phone. Good luck getting anyone to give you an answer on whether they have a specific plant in stock or not. They offered numerous times to "call me back", but no luck. Most recently, the person said someone would call me back without even taking my contact info. I get being busy, but that's no excuse for being rude.

We love the people and the product at Weston nurseries. But on more than one occasion when we purchase something on sale we end up being charged full price. We paid partly I. Cash and put the rest on a credit card paid over $700 and found a $180 discrepancy this last Sunday. Previously over a$200 discrepancy in a earlier order. Go back to the store and ask for a refund it took being told to walk around the property trying to find the right person when every employee has a radio I had to go search for the right person. Was told I could only get money back on my card even though I paid over $500 cash. They would not refund me in cash and instead made me wait 1/2 hour to proceed my credit card. There loyalty program does not make sense if you spend $75 you get back $5 in coupons. If you spend $500 you get back $20 in coupons. Next time if I’m spending over $750 I’ll just break it up into 10 different transactions to get $50 in coupons instead of only $20 on my last order. Most places loyalty programs reward larger purchases over small transactions. When the manager told me that IT makes the mistakes on sale items it only makes me wonder why the cashiers don’t double check the total if they know they are ringing up sale items that are constantly priced wrong. You really feel like the business is taking advantage of people who won’t double check their receipts.

Due to my location, I do prefer their Chemlsford location since it is closer to my hometown. When I'm in the area, I do make purchases at the Hopkinton location. I especially enjoy their selection of discounted perennials where I have purchased two small trees, one Tiger Sumac as well as a Sunsation (Yellow) Magnolia, among other perennials that have adapted well to my property in the city. It's definitely worth the trip to either nursery. The quality is exceptional and I haven't lost a plant yet. It's worth spending more because you will find that the quality and care is consistent and most of the staff are there to assist with questions you may have on their selection. I have been a regular customer for 5 years and will continue to make it my first choice when I am purchasing garden plants.

My mother and father orderd a $800 tree we were told to open the hole in the ground where it were to be placed and the smart people who dropped it off completely ignored the giant hole in the front on the yard and put the tree at the top of our drive way thanks!!

I've been a long time customer. Recently I went in to buy a birdhouse and a birdhouse pole--to my surprise they don't carry birdhouse poles. Most recently I called ahead about soaker hoses and timers and was told they have them and to go to the shed to get them. Not only did the 2 people at the shed not know anything about soaker hoses but when one went to check on where they thought they would be, they came back and said they don't carry them but they did show me a timer I could buy. YouTube gave me the explanations I needed and Amazon gave me the products I needed.

One of the best places in MetroWest for gardening/landscape supplies, tools and plants. Over the years the nursery has expanded its offer and has become a real destination, whether for shopping or just educating oneself about possibilities!

Never received a response from an email, and contacting via Facebook only garnered a love-emoji to my question, but no answer. However the wholesale department was very responsive to phone calls and website orders. Delivered a couple cubic yards very quick and right where I wanted it~

I bought some plants on line, thinking it would be the quickest and easiest way to shop. I had two orders one day apart. I called on the morning I was coming. Had my 2 order numbers and told them what time I would be there to pick up the orders. When I got there, only one order was ready. Multiples plants that I had bought online, were now all of a sudden not in the store. The worst part of the experience was in the information shed with Chris. I was sent to the info desk to pick up my order. No one was there. I had 2 workers call someone to come to help me. About 15 min later Chris arrives. There were two men hanging near the shed. He asked who was first, I said that would be me, as I had you called quite some time ago. He proceeded to ignore me and chit chat with the men. He finally gave me his attention, printed out my order and drove off on his golf cart to retrieve my order. In the meantime I walked around and sat in the sun. Finally 40min later, I walked back over to see what was going on, as I only ordered 6 small plants. Chris was back in the shed, sitting down, and taking to two other workers. He told me you didn't give me enough time to get your order, I'm way too busy, but you can go get them yourself? I said yes you look very busy, and the three mean proceeded to essentially laugh at me. A man would never be treated like this. You should be ashamed of yourself Chris!! Luckily you are also blessed with some great hard working staff, who took pity on me and helped me put my order together. I didn't get their names but there were three woman and a gentleman working in the perennial section of the nursery. They were appalled at how I was treated, and did everything they could to help me. I left Westin Nursery absolutely disgusted with how men like Chris in the information shack and the other two who were sitting in the shack with him get away with treating women. Chris you work in customer service 50 percent of your customers are women, and you just lost one of them!
