I came in begging for help. From Canada and no US cell phone and no way to tell my son where I was. The staff immediately emailed my son and then set me up with international service and new 5G phone. I wa thrilled to have someone willing to educate this 91 year old lady and make my life simple again.

The moment we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted by Nicholas. Although he was already assisting other customers, he welcomed us and assured us that he or the other employee would be helping us shortly. He went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I got the phones that would best suit us as well as the accessories to complement our new phones. Nicholas was a pleasure to work with and I applaud his courtesy, professionalism and patience.
