BAD!!!! 350.00 dollars for an oil change and to remove snow tires and put spring tires back on. Parts, I can understand, but they charged me $180.00 labor for 1.5 hours of work!!!!! They told me those are "Hopkinton" prices!!!! Then proceeded to try to justify the cost by telling me how much he has to pay in rent!!! Never, ever going back!!! The Manager and owner can both pound sand!!!

I’m sure the place is fine, when it is open. Hard to say for sure. I was running low on gas and saw online this place is open 24 hours. I’m now questioning what that means. 24 hours a week, a month? I know for a fact it isn’t a day. 10:30 pm running low and heading to fill up only to find it closed.

Big shout out to the staff at this gas station! I pulled in with a flat tire on the rear of my car. One of the gentleman was working outside on a truck engine literally jumped off the truck and said how can I help you? within 10 minutes the tire was fixed and I was on my way.I can’t thank you enough . I am working and have a very heavy schedule today and that quick turnaround made all the difference in the world.

Hands down the worst experience I ever had. I been going to this shop for the inspection for the last 3 years with the same car. This time around the guy that works there create a huge fuzz about some the accessories I always had in the car in past inspection. (maybe the laws had changed) but instead of telling me to take the off the mods and come, which I would not have a problem. I want obey the law. Instead he started yelling at me saying that my car is illegal. Even after I say that is was they have the right to refuse service, the guy started taking pictures of me and my car, like I commiting a crime. I went to another shop they explained that I could have the mods in the car but off road use only. And my car passed the inspection no problem. Bottom line. The shop does not know what they are doing, very rude and disrespectful. I do recommend anyone to got there. There is another 3 other shops and gas station in the same street. Don't waste your time.

I recently brought my car in for an inspection and was very pleased with the quality of service. They were able to quickly take my car in, look it over, and answer some questions I had about replacing my front brakes. After speaking with the owner, he walked me around my car to view the condition of the front brake pads and confirmed my suspicion that the previous shop was doing their best to upsell me brakes I didn't need.

MY abs light came on, I go there to see what’s going on. My usual mechanic is in Quincy but I just moved and this location was closer. They tell it’s my alternator, so I get it fixed $800. The light still came on. I found out from my mechanic it wasn’t my alternator because he tested a week ago. I needed a new ABS module. DONT GOOOOOO THERE

I took my car there recently with a concern about the ball joints. The owner took the time to show me how he tested ball joints and he determined that they were perfectly fine. No attempt to sell me something I didn't need. I was very impressed. I will be taking my car back there for repairs in the future!

I love this place and go there regularly but am taking off one star for each of the staff I encountered during the 5 minutes I was in the office who did not have on a mask. So disappointed in them.
