I gave 1 star but it should be 0 stars. Marcia is one of the most unprofessional, unreliable real estate agent out there. We were in the process of purchasing a house and were lied about all the numbers. Between her and the loan officer Valdir Borba, they change the amount for the down payment from 3.5% to 50% down without telling us. Because of this we ended up loosing 50% of the down payment. We were able to recover the other 50% because we hired a lawyer. I am writing this review so other people don't make the same mistake we made when we trusted this individuals.

Marcia is simply the best realtor you'll ever want to work with! She helped us find our home and she listened to all of the questions and concerns we had. Buying a house sometimes can be overwhelming but she was with us through every step of the way, that we were able to enjoy the process instead of feeling uneasy. I would recommend Marcia to anyone!!!
