Another wonderful service at Lumber Street Auto. I went in for an oil change. They also checked all the cars fluids and the air filters. They also did a road test. As always, they are very thorough! I highly recommend them!

I used Lumber Street Auto to wrap my boat for the last three seasons. They wrap it in the Fall and unwrap it in the Spring. This year I picked up the boat and noticed some kind of animal had dug a softball sized hold in one of the cushion. I spoke with one of the owners and he said "it must have been that way when he got it" which seems odd since they were the ones who wrapped and unwrapped it. After asking if he was going to stand by the damage I was told "If I had to pay for every animal that got into a vehicle I'd be out of business". I ended up paying $325 to have the cushion repaired. I won't be using them for my boat services ever again. As you can see from the video, it was on the Lumber Street location and that the boat was filthy. It must have been left open for a long time to look like that. I always keep the boat very clean and it took a full day to get it cleaned up.

I can’t say enough great things about Lumber Street Auto. I took my car in for service on several different issues and they were able to repair everything within a short time frame. I went to LSA to address a problem I was having with some tires they installed. It was not at all happey when I arrived but I will tell you this - the owner was great in resolving it. All I can say is when things are confontational you can see what people are really made of. He was great in dealing with me - I'm no prize - and made sure that I was satisfied. This was all after hours when they were all hoping to go home. If you are looking for someone to stand by their work and word, go the Lumber Street.
