I needed a data transfer from my old phone to a replacement phone through Tmobile's insurance carrier and Christoph transferred the data, not once, but twice, due to an error that I made with my new phone. The visits were a week apart.Spanish and Portuguese are spoken here as well. A great place to go if you are considering buying a cell phone”
“Excellent experience with T-Mobile in Ashland. Nik and Ash spent hours with us helping us to decide what phone to buy, finding us the best deal (by far! One phone was free!), moving our info from our old phone to the new phone, etc. They were totally honest - telling us the truth about what would work and what wouldn't - to our benefit only, not necessarily to theirs or T-Mobile's. Highly recommend!”

“I was having the worst time ever with a few of my cell phones and my account. No matter what I did with them, I was getting nowhere I had even been to a Verizon store. Then I went to the Verizon corporate store in Bellingham, Massachusetts's. At the store I met with the most wonderful employee ever named Andrei! ANDREI was not only quickly able to get my cellular telephones situated physically he additionally organized things in my account with Verizon and now my life is much easier. A consummate professional, wonderful employee and compliment to Verizon.”

“We went to this store because of the rating it already had with past customers. We recently had changed our internet/tv service with Xfinity and had added cell service. We had been back to our original center five times, and the service/pricing was still not as promised. The last time we went, we were just flatly told, "We don't provide technical support here" That's when we went to the Bellingham store. Matt was our main man and fixed everything for us, including the correct monthly pricing amount. Karen came over and helped also. At one point even the manager, Tom, was involved offering his help. We were there for over an hour. We will never go to any other Xfinity store. They are the best!”
