No longer Citgo. Shell station now. One very nasty employee who I'm told has a tendency to be temperamental. Don't need this when we've been going there for several years.We're going down the road from now on for gas and maintenance. Owner can reach out to me through this post. More than happy to discuss

Nice guy, but asked him to put in $20 and he filled it up. Told him I had said $20. He says “Oh, $20” then walks away. Not even an apology.

The people who work here are rude and think they know everything. They totally sneak up from behind to get your attention and it is creepy. They take your credit card with their hands covered with dirt and hold on to it for a long time. The full service isn’t even worth it. I would rather spend five bucks gallon at Shell across the street and pump it myself

The employees need more training on how to (acceptable behaviors) and how not (not acceptable or potentially not acceptable behaviors) to approach the customers.Sneaking up from behind while I was waiting for the employee to complete helping another customer is not acceptable, holding the credit card (during payment time) in a way that it touches other person’s hands or putting hands inside the car while exchanging the credit card (invading anyone’s personal bubble) is not acceptable. The employee may not mean anything bad or malicious but the message and training should be provided to them so that they can be successful in their job.

Been going here for almost 10yrs now. It's on corner of 85/135 downtown Hopkinton Always very friendly staff. Sometimes there's a line and you have to wait. They can get busy but it moves right along, never had a long wait pretty easy quick in/out

Had been going here as my usual gas stop but stopped due to the employees. Had to wait 20 minutes for service once because the attendant was socializing with another customer; was creepily hit on by a different attendant that kept reading my name off of my credit card; and then the final straw was being ridiculed on another occasion for not knowing the attendant was whistling to get my attention -- who whistles at people to get their attention from a few feet away? There was no dog in my car so the whistling was unnecessary. Guess it was too much to walk up to my open window to speak to me like a human being. The cars also come in from both entrances making pulling in and out a hassle. Go across the street to Mobil for a better experience.
