Erskine builds a workout to your specific needs and wants. He is consistently checking in to see how is it feels. He wants you to excel and push yourself but know limits. It is the hour of of the week I look forward to most. I have never walked out thinking that was easy. I always leave knowing it was difficult but doable and feel amazing after.

Both my husband and I have been training with Erskine for close to a year. We searched for a while for a personal trainer and lucky for us, we found Erskine. What sold us what his education and knowledge of body movement, as well as his certification as a personal trainer. Our lessons are matched to our health goals and progression. Erskine is wonderful to work with. He pushes us to do our best, challenges us each lesson, is kind, personable and always makes us feel that we are important clients. That our health is important to him. He cares. We are very fortunate to have a trainer like Erskine help us in our health journey.

Erskine, is a fantastic trainer, just the right combination of push and encouragement. And very adaptive to your individual needs. What I appreciate most about Erskine is that he understands how muscles are suppose to work, so he works them correctly, without leaving you feeling sore. His schedule is very flexible and he is very accommodating. Overall amazing trainer.

I have been working out with Erskine for going on my 3rd year with the last 2 via FaceTime and it is the longest I've stuck with a workout routine ever. I'm 63 and Erskine is always checking in with how my body is feeling and adjusts my workouts accordingly. I have done my workouts with him with lower back issues and he is always protective of my back and makes sure i'm not causing any further issues. I have never felt more motivated and he makes it fun too. The time just flies by. I cannot recommend Erskine enough. Do yourself a favor and check him out. You won't be sorry.

Finding a personal trainer who aligns with your fitness goals is tricky. You have to have the right kind of chemistry to succeed.Based on a friend’s recommendation I contacted Erskine and I got lucky. He is supportive, and knows how to build upon skills you achieve from session to session. He has an almost limitless number of exercises working various areas of the body, and that’s important because you never get bored!I also found Erskine to be flexible when last minute things came up and I had to alter my schedule.I traveled a bit of a distance to train with Erskine, and I truly felt it was worth the drive. A great experience, overall.

Erskine is an amazing personal trainer. He is supportive and encouraging. He monitors my progress very carefully, making sure that each exercise is working my body without overdoing it. His background in exercise physiology is evident. Sessions offer a systematic progression of exercises that allow for body strengthening with appropriate warm ups and cool downs. My personal request was to help me strengthen my core and improve balance. I’ve been really pleased with the results.

Erskine has truly helped to change my life! I started working with him in March because I didn't know how to use gym equipment, but I knew I needed to start working out and trying to make myself healthier. In four months I have been able to lose over 25 pounds (I do two workouts a week and also go to indoor cycling classes) and I feel so much better! My workouts are always unique, challenging to the level of ability I'm at, and fun to complete. The 45 minutes flies by! Erskine is great at conversation and encouragement throughout the workout, as well. I always look forward to my workout - if you are looking for a personal trainer that is knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate, Erskine is 100% the guy to go to!

Erskine's small group fitness offerings, EDM Fitness at the Kartwheel Kids location, are great! He is skilled at designing circuit programs for each class that allow for a variety of fitness levels and needs while being interesting and engaging. He's flexible about which classes you attend during a session, which suited my changing schedule well.

I've worked along side Erskine for almost 10 years now and have seen him first hand train many clients through the years. He is attentive, extremely knowledgeable and a great human. I've seen many of his client's improvements and successes with his program. He is definitely worth it hands down!

I started training with Erskine during his last 8 week session and just signed up for the summer session. I love that I get to start my day with an incredible workout in just 45 minutes. The circuits are different each class and a mix of cardio and weights. Erskine is very talented at being able to tailor to everyone's needs and abilities in the class. Also, the class schedule is flexible with many different times offered which is helpful to me as a working mom. Thanks Erskine!

Erskine is an excellent personal trainer: Here's why: 1. He designs 2-3 programs that he runs you through -- gradually increasing the weights -- until he moves you to the next set of programs. No boredom, but a systematic approach to fitness. 2. He customizes the program to the quirks of your body, so he helps you strengthen weak/vulnerable spots. 3. He's a stickler for form, so you're doing the exercises as they are designed, which also means you don't get hurt. 4. He's a real gentleman -- friendly, calm, sense of humor, thoughtful. He doesn't talk your ear off (thank you!) but he's attentive and responsive and cheerful. Bottom line: I'm stronger at almost 60 than I have ever been, and I love my exercise program.
