Assumed my address changed bc of a last name that had moved away from the residence i currently reside at A YEAR AGO. Changed my address to theirs, just assumed everything and has now cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollars and hours of time... just bc they dont want to read the first name.

Have been trying to send my passport application for a week. Every time I go in their payment processing system is down? How do you run a "business" that way??? That's the problem with quasi-government services, they aren't concerned with customers. On my way to FedEx now instead.
