I joined the CrossFit Final Duel community at the end of 2024, with the goal of setting a consistent workout routine and get stronger. The CFFD community has been welcoming, fun, and supportive.

Starting CrossFit can be intimidating but I felt so welcomed at this gym! Donna builds an amazing environment and I enjoy seeing the members here every day. What I love most is that everyone can get what they need whether that’s a scaled workout or a push to do more. I am so happy I joined this gym!

I have been at CrossFit Final Duel for just over a year now. One of the best decisions I have ever made! They accept you no matter what workout experience you have. All the coaches are so helpful. I can't say enough great things about it!
